Soft Touch is the third studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released in May 1999 on Instinct records. Tarquin recorded Soft Touch in London once again with producer Ernie McKone, bass player from the UK acid jazz band Galliano. Once the tracks were all recorded, Instinct didn't want to keep the live playing on the album. This was due mainly because one of the A&R people attended a Radio & Records conference, and had noted that radio was playing programmed grooves. So two other producers Tony Campbell and Chris Ingram were brought in to program the songs and re-record everything. Despite the setbacks, this was another commercially successful album as Smooth Jazz radio embraced the featured single, Darlin Darlin Baby, originally recorded by The O'Jays. Another single from the album, Tangled Web, was a very big radio hit as well, becoming #1 in the New York City market on CD101.9 as well as reaching # 9 nationwide on the Smooth Jazz radio charts. Tarquin also covered another Jeff Beck song, You Know What I Mean.
High Life is the fourth studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released in October 2001 and the final one he would record for Instinct records. The album was recorded in Los Angeles at Tarquin's studio Jungle Room and in New York at his composing partner, Chris Ingram's studio, the Farm. Tarquin veered back to his rock fusion roots with the songs Razor's Edge and Spartacus. However giving into the record company's pressure for radio friendly songs the album produced the singles Riders on the Storm, originally recorded by The Doors, Celtic Tales and Charlemagne. Although the album reached the Top 40 charts at Smooth Jazz radio, Tarquin became disenchanted with the inconsistencies and water downed music of the format. Soon after the album came out he asked to be released from the record contract to pursue his pet roctronica project Asphalt Jungle while establishing his full-time composing career in television and film. Tarquin also went on to form the record imprint BHP Music to release the Guitar Master Series.

Guitars for Wounded Warriors is the sixth solo studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released in August 2014 by Cleopatra Records. In 2016, it received a Best Compilation Album nomination by the Independent Music Awards. All tracks were recorded at Tarquin's Jungle Room Studios in New Paltz (village), New York. Being moved by the lack of support for returning veterans through his life Tarquin decided to compose a heavy instrumental rock album as a way to show his appreciation to all veterans. So once again he enlisted top notch players to guest with him on the album, Billy Sheehan on Black Hawk, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal and Reb Beach on Taliban Terror, Steve Morse on Freedom, Chris Poland on Charlie Surfs and Hunting, Chuck Loeb on Escape Kabul, Hal Lindes on Sand & Blood, Gary Hoey on 5 Klicks To Hell and Baghdad, Alex De Rosso Dokken on Broken Arrow, and The Flyin' Ryan Brothers on Surgical Strike. The entire album was engineered, produced and composed by Tarquin especially for each one of the guest guitarists. Partial proceeds are donated to the Fisher House Foundation from sales.
Smooth Jazz Cafe is the seventh solo studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released in October 2014 by Cleopatra Records/Purple Pyramid. The album was recorded at Tarquin's mobile Jungle Room Studios in the New York Catskill Mountains at a 200 year old Farmhouse. Additional recording was done in the quaint town of New Paltz (village), New York. Tarquin reached out to some old guitar friends to guest with him on the album, Chuck Loeb on Zoot Suit, Hal Lindes on The Big Sleep & Birdbrain, and Denny Jiosa on Hipster & Chrome Dome. The entire album was engineered, produced and performed by Tarquin. Most of the album is new material with exception of 4 songs, Peg, Swift Kick, Yorkville and Spanish Harlem.
Orlando in Heaven is the eighth solo studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released on June 9, 2017, by Cleopatra Records. It peaked #6 on the Relix Jam Band Radio charts October 2017. All tracks were recorded at Tarquin's Jungle Room Studios in Merritt Island, Florida. Being especially moved by the Pulse Nightclub shooting in 2016, Tarquin composed and produced the songs especially for those victims. It features guest guitar icon Larry Coryell, vocalist Phil Naro, Grammy jazz guitarist Mike Stern, fretless bass player Tony Franklin, Chris Poland (Megadeth), Hal Lindes, Will Ray, jazz keyboardist Bob Baldwin (musician) & Grammy nominee Denny Jiosa. A portion of proceeds is donated to Catholic Charities of Central Florida. They provide case management and supportive services for victims and family members of the Pulse shooting in Orlando.
Band of Brothers is the ninth solo studio album by guitarist Brian Tarquin, released on July 7, 2017, by Cleopatra Records. It peaked #21 on the Metal Contraband Radio charts September 2017. All tracks were recorded at Tarquin's Jungle Room Studios in Merritt Island, Florida and first predominantly vocal album recorded by Brian. Tarquin composed and produced the songs especially for military veterans along with singer Phil Naro from Billy Sheehan’s band Talas. It features guest appearances by singer Jeff Scott Soto, Steve Morse, Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal, Trey Gunn, Jeff Watson, Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake), Gary Hoey, Tony Franklin and Tina Guo. Partial proceeds from the sales go to the Fisher House Foundation, who supplies housing to veterans' families while they are hospitalized.
