Lauriane Pontat (born 13 October 1992) is a French competitor in synchronized swimming who competed in the 2013 World Aquatics Championships. [1]

Personal

Pontat was born on 13 October 1992 in La Seyne-sur-Mer. [2] She is studying sport and exercise science. [2] Pontat is 168 centimetres (5 ft 6 in) tall and weighs 52 kilograms (110 lb). [2]

Synchronized swimming

Pontat is a synchronized swimmer, starting in the sport when she was seven years old in the team of Hyères Natation Synchronisée. [2]

Pontat was part of the French Synchronised Swimming Team that swam at Barcelona 2013. She finished 7th in the team free routine, [3] in the team technical routine [4] and 8th in the free routine combination. [5]

Amberger made her international debut for Australia's National Junior Team in 2002 at the World Junior Synchronised Swimming Championships in Montreal, and joined Australia's National Team two years later in 2004. Amberger is a dual Olympian, having competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, and is a Commonwealth Games bronze medalist, having claimed third place overall in the duet event with Sarah Bombell at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
