[5] In 2004, the building was renovated by architects Ivan Brico and Ange Pecoraro. [5] In December 2007, the hotel closed down. [1] In May 2008, 1,000 SBM employees stopped outside the former hotel during their demonstration to express their discontent at their allegedly poor working conditions. [9]
It was renovated by the construction firm J.B. Pastor & Fils from 2007 to 2010, and turned into a residential building. [2] A green wall was added. [10]
