Leif Hjalmar Thottie Ericsson (born 20 September 1955) is a Swedish former swimmer. [1] He competed in the men's 200 metre backstroke at the 1976 Summer Olympics. [2]

Ericson represented Upsala S in Sweden and California Golden Bears as college team. [1]

At the European championships he was seventh in 1950 and fourth in 1954. Ericsson won the national 1500 m title in 1952, 1954 and 1955 and set a new national record in 1956.
