Lihen Jonas (born 22 October 1998) is a female sprinter from Federated States of Micronesia. She competed in the Women's 100 metres event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China. [1]

Three male athletes and two female athletes comprised the Olympic team. None of the track or swimming athletes advanced past the qualification round, and Minginfel placed second to last in his event. There has yet to be a medalist from the Federated States of Micronesia. Minginfel held the Micronesian flag in the opening ceremony.
