Lilac is the fifth studio album by The Early November, released through Rise Records.
Originally scheduled for a fall 2018 release, it was announced on November 18, 2018 that the album was being pushed back to some time in 2019. [2] [3] After being pushed back several times, the final release date was September 27, 2019. According to singer Ace Enders, songs from this album were written starting in 2016, but the original version “wasn’t the right album”. [4] [5]
A staff writer for Sputnikmusic gave the album a positive review, while lamenting the delays in its release and calling it "a confused and confusing piece of work which pulls itself (and the listener) in disparate directions." The review praised the album's opening and closing songs in particular, but argued that the album does not quite live up to previous entries. [6]

High 'n' Dry is the second studio album by the English rock band Def Leppard, released on 11 July 1981. High 'n' Dry was Pete Willis' last full-time album with Def Leppard. It charted at No. 38 on the Billboard 200 and No. 26 on the UK Albums Chart. "High 'n' Dry ", ranked No. 33 on VH1's 40 Greatest Metal Songs. Make Believe is the fifth studio album by American rock band Weezer. It was released on May 10, 2005, by Geffen Records. The album was considered to be a return to some of the emotionally vulnerable lyrics of Weezer's previous releases, and due to the strength of the hit single "Beverly Hills", the album was a commercial success, peaking at number two on the US Billboard 200 and number eleven on the UK Albums Chart. In addition, "Beverly Hills" also earned Weezer their first Grammy nomination for Best Rock Song. Despite this, Make Believe received mixed reviews from critics and fans, although it has remained a consistent seller. The recording process of Make Believe began prior to the release of their previous album, Maladroit; however, it was prolonged compared to the recording of most of Weezer's previous albums, and lasted for almost three years. Rivers Cuomo's songwriting on Make Believe was described as "[a] return to musical, emotional bloodletting", although the lyrics were noticeably simpler than before.
Arthur Carl "Ace" Enders III is an American musician. Enders is the lead singer and guitarist of the band The Early November. He is also the lead musician, songwriter and co-producer in his band, I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody's Business. He has also released music under the name Ace Enders and a Million Different People.

Frontman Tommy Giles Rogers described The Great Misdirect as "some of the best material we've ever created."

The album was scheduled to be released on May 3, 2011, but was pushed back by two months to a July 6, 2011, release in the United States through Universal Republic Records. If Not Now, When? is the seventh studio album by American rock band Incubus, released on July 12, 2011 and named after the novel by Primo Levi. Preceded by the singles "Adolescents" and "Promises, Promises", the album represented the band's longest gap between studio albums at the time, and their final full-length release through long-time label Epic Records. Days Go By is the ninth studio album by American rock band The Offspring, released on June 26, 2012, by Columbia Records. Produced by Bob Rock, it was the band's first album to feature drummer Pete Parada, who played on four songs and joined a year prior to the release of their previous album Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace (2008), and their last one to feature bassist Greg K. before he was fired from The Offspring in 2018. The band commenced work on Days Go By in 2009, with plans to release it in 2010. However, its release was pushed back several times while The Offspring continued touring and writing new material. The writing and recording process spanned three years and six recording studios and was finished in March 2012. During the recording sessions, the Offspring re-recorded "Dirty Magic", which serves as the album's ninth track.

We Are Not Your Kind is the sixth studio album by American heavy metal band Slipknot. Recorded at EastWest Studios in Hollywood, California with co-producer Greg Fidelman, it was released on August 9, 2019, by Roadrunner Records. The title is taken from a lyric in the song "All Out Life", which was released as a standalone single in 2018 and features as a bonus track on the Japanese edition of the album. We Are Not Your Kind is the only Slipknot album to be recorded as an eight-member band, as their former percussionist Chris Fehn was fired from the band in March 2019 after suing the group for alleged unpaid royalties.
