The Lincolnshire Showground is an agricultural showground [1] and exhibition centre [2] [3] built in 1959 [4] in North Carlton, north of Lincoln in England. [5] It is the chief exhibition centre of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, [6] and has been used for large events such as LincsFest, [7] the Lincolnshire Farming Conference, [8] Poacher International Jamboree for scouts and guides, and as a vaccination centre during the COVID-19 crisis in England. The venue incorporates the EPIC exhibition centre and a woodland. [12] [13]

The NHS Nightingale Hospital London was the first of the NHS Nightingale Hospitals, temporary hospitals set up by NHS England for the COVID-19 pandemic. It was housed in the ExCeL London convention centre in East London. The hospital was rapidly planned and constructed, being formally opened on 3 April and receiving its first patients on 7 April 2020. It served 54 patients during the first wave of the pandemic, and was used to serve non-COVID patients and provide vaccinations during the second wave. It was closed in April 2021.

The Virginia Agricultural Show, or Virginia Show is an annual agricultural fair held in the town of Virginia, County Cavan, Ireland. It is held at the Virginia Show Grounds. The current show has been running for over 80 years. The show is known for its dairy cow competition. The 76th edition was the subject of Show Day a documentary short directed by Alan Bradley in 2018.
