Lindsay Bushman (born May 3, 1994) is an American actress who is best known for her role on The Young and the Restless as Summer Newman.
Lindsay Bushman was born in Jacksonville, Florida. From a young age she wanted to be an actress and finally convinced her parents to make the move to California at 15. Lindsay's small screen debut was on CW's The Ringer in 2011. She portrayed Erica described as a 'hot mess'.
She made her feature film debut in the film Hello Herman .
On May 11, 2012, it was announced the Bushman had been cast in the role of the Summer Newman in The Young and the Restless . Bushman made her first appearance on June 8, 2012 on a recurring basis. [1] Nelson Branco of TV Guide Canada announced the news of Bushman's departure in his magazine, Soap Opera Uncensored in September 2012. [2] [3] [4]
Bushman had a small bit role on General Hospital as a young Kate Howard in a flashback. [5] Bushman revealed that she got the audition thanks to her agent and booked the role after a few callbacks and chemistry reads. [6]

Nelson continued in the role until 1999, when the character left; upon the character returning in 2000, head writer Kay Alden rehired Stafford. The character was introduced on November 13, 2000, as the daughter of Ashley Abbott and Victor Newman. The role was portrayed by Darcy Rose Byrnes as a child until 2008, when the character was rapidly aged to a teenager, with Hayley Erin assuming the role the following year. In 2010, the character was rapidly aged again to an adult, with Emme Rylan cast as Erin's replacement. Rylan was let go in 2012 due to budgetary cuts, but returned months later in February 2013 on a recurring status following viewer complaints. However, her return was cut short once Rylan vacated the role to join General Hospital as Lulu Spencer. Melissa Ordway was then hired as her recast, who made her debut on April 16, 2013. Introduced in 1997, the character was first portrayed by several child actors before being rapidly aged. Kevin Schmidt was the first actor to play Noah after being aged, appearing from 2008 to September 2010, when the role was recast with Luke Kleintank before being let go in April 2011 with Schmidt being rehired. Schmidt was again let go in 2012 and replaced by Robert Adamson, who held the role until his departure in 2018; he reprised the role twice in 2020. Rory Gibson debuted in the role in 2021.

Kelly Andrews is a fictional character on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. The role was originated by actress Cynthia Watros, who debuted in the role on November 15, 2013. In 2014, following her booking a pilot on MTV, the role was immediately recast with Daytime Emmy Award winner Cady McClain, who debuted in the role on April 16, 2014. On May 22, 2015, McClain made her final appearance as Kelly, when the character was killed off.
