Line in the Sand is the third and final full-length album by Texas melodic hardcore band Close Your Eyes, released on October 29, 2013, through Victory Records. [6] It is the band's only album featuring lead vocalist Sam Robinson, formerly of Blessed by a Broken Heart.

Living Sacrifice is an American Christian metal band formed in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1989. The band has released eight studio albums, out of which the first three were recorded under R.E.X. Records with their original vocalist Darren Johnson as a more thrash metal and death metal oriented band. The band evolved into a groove metal and metalcore style beginning with Reborn (1997) under Solid State Records with the original guitarist Bruce Fitzhugh on vocals. In 2003, the group disbanded due to other projects and later their label, Solid State, released their best-of album, In Memoriam (2005). In 2008, Living Sacrifice reformed and released a two-song digital only single called Death Machine. They then began working on The Infinite Order which was released on January 26, 2010. Lance Garvin and Bruce Fitzhugh are the two remaining original members.

Kix (band) American glam metal band

Kix is an American glam metal and hard rock band that achieved popularity during the 1980s. Led by frontman Steve Whiteman and bassist Donnie Purnell, the band's classic line-up was rounded out by drummer Jimmy "Chocolate" Chalfant and guitarists Ronnie "10/10" Younkins and Brian "Damage" Forsythe. Kix covered AC/DC, Aerosmith, April Wine, Led Zeppelin, and others before signing with Atlantic Records in 1981. Since peaking in the late-1980s, band members have continued to intermittently record and tour, including the Rocklahoma festival in 2008 in Oklahoma. Stavesacre are an American rock band from Huntington Beach, California formed in 1995. The band is composed of vocalist Mark Salomon, guitarists Jeff Bellew and Ryan Dennee, bassist Dirk Lemmenes and drummer Sam West.

Poor Old Lu was a pioneering Christian alternative rock band based in the American Northwest. The band experimented with a variety of sounds and genres, particularly grunge, funk and psychedelic rock. The band consisted of Scott Hunter (vocals), Jesse Sprinkle (drums), Aaron Sprinkle (guitar), and Nick Barber (bass). Hunter was the lyricist who wrote on philosophical, metaphorical, and spiritually oriented topics. <i>Cries of the Past</i> 2000 studio album by Underoath

Cries of the Past is the second studio album by Underoath, released on July 4, 2000, through Takehold Records. Only 3,000 copies of the album were pressed and, like Act of Depression, it was out of print for years. The album is the last to feature guitarist Corey Steger, the first to include keyboardist Christopher Dudley, and is the only release not to feature Aaron Gillespie on any vocals during his tenure with the band. Alongside their debut album, this album was reissued through Solid State Records on August 20, 2013.

For Today was an American Christian metalcore band from Sioux City, Iowa, formed in 2005. They have released two EPs: Your Moment, Your Life, Your Time and Prevailer, and six full-length albums: Ekklesia on April 1, 2008, Portraits on June 9, 2009, Breaker on August 31, 2010, Immortal on May 29, 2012, Fight the Silence on February 4, 2014 and Wake on October 2, 2015.

The Color Morale is an American metalcore band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 2007. A Hill to Die Upon

A Hill To Die Upon is an American blackened death metal band from the Monmouth-Galesburg area of Illinois, formed in 2004 by the brothers Adam and R. Michael Cook. The brothers initially founded the band as hardcore project, but eventually started listening to death and black metal, which led them to transform their band's sound. Over the years, various musicians have filled out the band's lineup, which currently consists of the Cook brothers and Nolan Osmond. Signed to Bombworks Records, A Hill to Die Upon has released four albums – Infinite Titanic Immortal in 2009, Omens in 2011, Holy Despair in 2014, and Via Artis, Via Mortis in 2017 - all to a positive critical reception. In 2013, the band also released a stand-alone single, "Manden med Leen". Musically, the band is compared primarily to Behemoth as well as Immortal, Naglfar, and Old Man's Child, all of which the brothers cite as among their major influences. The brothers are Christian, but they distance themselves from calling A Hill to Die Upon a Christian metal band. Lyrical themes include mythology, war, philosophy, and despair, with references drawn from the Bible and numerous literary works and authors.

Akissforjersey is an American post-hardcore band from Pilot Mountain, North Carolina formed in July 2004. The current lineup consists of vocalist Zach Dawson, drummer Joey Allen, guitarists Tyler Lucas and Bob Gassett, and bassist Parker Williams. The band released their debut studio album, Keep Your Head Above the Water, in 2006 through Tragic Hero Records. Their sophomore album Victims was released through Tragic Hero Records again in 2008. They signed to inVogue Records in 2014 and released their third album New Bodies on January 21, 2014. New Bodies was considered a breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine charts, where it placed on the Heatseekers Albums.

What We Do In Secret is an American Christian hardcore band from Memphis, Tennessee. They have toured with bands such as War of Ages, Phinehas, Silent Planet, Sleepwave, We Came As Romans, '68, For Today and Norma Jean. They have released two EPs.
