Professional career
Chalmers was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the second round of the 2004 NBA draft with the 33rd overall pick. He played in 34 games in the 2004–05 season with the Clippers, averaging 3.1 points per game and 1.4 assists per game in 12.0 minutes per game. He was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves on August 20, 2005, along with Marko Jaric in exchange for Sam Cassell. [2] He played for the Timberwolves in the 2005–06 NBA preseason, but he was released into free agency before the regular season commenced.
He played in the Greek A1 league with AEK Athens BC from November 2005 to February 2006, when he then joined TAU Cerámica of the Spanish ACB. [3]
He played with the Phoenix Suns' summer league team during the summer of 2006, [4] but he was not retained by the Suns. He also played for the Atlanta Hawks during the 2006 preseason. After the Hawks waived him before the regular season began, Chalmers signed with Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari of the Italian second division in December 2006. [5] In May 2007, he signed with the Spanish ACB club Basket CAI Zaragoza. [6]
In July 2007, Chalmers moved to the Italian first division team Benetton Treviso. After spending a season in Italy, he signed with the Russian club Universitet Yugra Surgut. He had a successful season in Surgut, as he was the top scorer of the Russian Basketball Super League with 21.4 points per game. In the 2009–10 season he played with another Super League club, Enisey Krasnoyarsk. In July 2010 he signed with BC Lokomotiv Kuban. [7] In 2012, he joined Aliağa Petkim of Turkey. [8] In October 2013, he signed a one-year deal with Levski Sofia. [9] With them he won the National Basketball League of Bulgaria.
In July 2014, he signed with Chalons-Reims of the French LNB Pro A. [10] On January 9, 2015, he parted ways with them. [11]
Darrell Eugene Armstrong is a former American professional basketball player, who played 14 seasons in the National Basketball Association. He is currently an assistant coach for the NBA's Dallas Mavericks, who won the championship in the 2010–11 season.
Samuel James Cassell Sr. is an American professional basketball coach and former point guard who serves as an assistant coach for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Drafted 24th overall in the 1993 NBA draft out of Florida State, Cassell played for eight different teams during his 15-year career. He was selected to the NBA All-Star Game and All-NBA Team once, both in the 2003–04 season.
Quentin Lamar Richardson is an American former professional basketball player who was formerly the director of player development for the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed "Q-Rich", he played professionally for 13 seasons for the Los Angeles Clippers, Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, Miami Heat, and Orlando Magic. He won the NBA Three-Point Contest in 2005.
Marko Jarić is a Serbian former professional basketball player. Standing at 2.01 m, he mainly played the point guard position. He also represented the senior FR Yugoslavian national basketball team internationally. Jarić was an All-EuroLeague First Team member in 2002.
Mario Kasun is a Croatian former professional basketball player. He played at the center position.
Francisco Vázquez González, more commonly known as Fran Vázquez, is a retired Spanish professional basketball player. Originally drafted by the Orlando Magic in 2005, Vázquez decided to remain in the Spanish ACB League rather than enter the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is the Spanish League's all-time leader in blocked shots.

Ryan Ashley Humphrey is a former American professional basketball player, at the power forward position. Humphrey is currently an assistant basketball coach at The University of Oklahoma. Previously he was a coach at Notre Dame.
Željko Rebrača is a Serbian retired professional basketball player who is the president of Vojvodina. After playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA), he finished his career with the Spanish ACB League team Pamesa Valencia.
Michael James Batiste is an American professional basketball coach and former player who is currently an assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A two-time All-EuroLeague selection, Batiste won three EuroLeague championships in 2007, 2009, and 2011 with the Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.

Ricard Rubio Vives is a Spanish professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Rubio became the youngest player ever to play in the Spanish ACB League on 15 October 2005, at age 14. He made his EuroLeague debut on 24 October 2006, a few days after turning 16, making him one of the youngest players to play in the EuroLeague.
Pablo Prigioni is an Argentine-Italian former professional basketball player, currently serving as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He played the point guard position, and was a member of the senior Argentina national basketball team that won the bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Prigioni is the oldest rookie in NBA history, making his debut with the New York Knicks in 2012 at age 35, prior to which he was a two-time All-EuroLeague selection playing in Europe, most notably Spain. He played four seasons in the NBA for the New York Knicks, Houston Rockets, and the Los Angeles Clippers, before starting coaching in 2017.
Almario Vernard "Mario" Chalmers is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Zamboanga Valientes of the ASEAN Basketball League. He was selected as the 34th overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves after playing three seasons of college basketball for the University of Kansas. Chalmers was named the 2006–07 Co-Defensive Player of the Year and the Most Outstanding Player of the 2008 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament after winning the 2008 NCAA championship.
