Lissandra Maysa Campos (born 6 February 2002) is a Brazilian long jumper. [1]

Career

In 2014, Campos began to train at the Vicente Lenílson Athletics Institute (IVL) with her coach Maria de Souza, who was herself an Olympic triple jump athlete at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Campos set a personal best of 6.69 m (-1.4) at the Adhemar Ferreira da Silva Trophy in 2023 which set an U23 Brazilian and South American record. [2]

She won silver in the long jump at the 2023 South American Championships in Athletics in São Paulo. [3] She competed at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in the long jump. [4]

She won the long jump at the 2024 South American Indoor Championships in Bolivia in January 2024. [5] She competed at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships in the long jump, held in Glasgow in March 2024. [6]

She was runner-up in the long jump at the 2024 Ibero-American Championships in Athletics. [7] She competed in the long jump at the 2024 Paris Olympics. [8] [9]

She is from the state of Mato Grosso in Brazil. [10]

Fabiana de Almeida Murer is a retired Brazilian pole vaulter. She holds the South American record in the event with an indoor best of 4.82 m and an outdoor best of 4.87 m, making her the fourth highest vaulter ever at the time, now the eighth. She won the gold medal at the 2011 World Championships in Athletics, at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships and also won at the 2007 Pan American Games. Murer represented Brazil at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. She is a four-time South American Champion with wins in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011. She also was part of the team that broke the 4×100 metres relay continental record with a time of 42.29 seconds.
