Prince Karim Al-Husseini, known as the Aga Khan IV since the death of his grandfather in 1957, is the 49th and current imam of Nizari Isma'ilis. He has held the position of Imam and the title of Aga Khan since 11 July 1957 when, at the age of 20, he succeeded his grandfather, Aga Khan III. The Aga Khan claims direct lineal descent from the Islamic prophet Muhammad through Muhammad's cousin and son-in-law, Ali, who is considered an Imam by Nizari Isma'ilis, and Ali's wife Fatima, Muhammad's daughter from his first marriage. Aga Khan IV is also known by the religious title Mawlānā Hazar Imam by his Isma'ili followers.

Aga Khan University is a not-for-profit institution and an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network. It was founded in 1983 as Pakistan's first private university. Starting in 2000, the university expanded to Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, the United Kingdom and Afghanistan.

The Medical College is affiliated with Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan which has 900 beds and is the biggest hospital of Rahim Yar Khan District.

The Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC) is an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), a family of institutions created by Aga Khan IV with distinct but complementary mandates to improve the welfare and prospects of people in the developing world, particularly in Asia and Africa. It focuses on the revitalization of communities in the Muslim world—physical, social, cultural, and economic. The AKTC was founded in 1988 and is registered in Geneva, Switzerland, as a private non-denominational philanthropic foundation.

Naeem Rahim is an American nephrologist and founder of Idaho based JRM foundation For humanity & Co-founder of Idaho Kidney Institute. He was one of the First Idahoans to receive the Ellis Island Medals of Honor in the last 25 years.

Aga Khan University Hospital, Kampala, is a hospital under construction in Uganda. It is an urban, tertiary, referral and teaching hospital whose planned construction will last five years, starting in 2020. It will be built in two phases. The first phase will consist of 150 beds at an estimated cost of US$100 million. The bed capacity will be increased to 600 during the second phase.

Mann Mayal is a Pakistani romantic drama television series that originally aired on Hum TV on 25 January 2016 to 5 September 2016, and was digitally released on the Amazon Prime and Iflix. It is co-produced by Momina Duraid of MD Productions and Samina Humayun Saeed of Next Level Entertainment, written by Samira Fazal and directed by Haseeb Hassan. Mann Mayal starred Hamza Ali Abbasi as Salahhudin and Maya Ali as Manahil in leading roles.

Adil Haider is a Pakistani–American trauma surgeon, public health researcher and the Dean of medical college at the Aga Khan University. He is also the co-founder of Doctella, an online remote patient management application to enhance doctor-patient communication acquired by Masimo in 2018.

<i>With Samina Peerzada</i> Pakistani web television talk show

With Samina Peerzada is a Pakistani web television talk show hosted by Samina Peerzada that first aired on 22 December 2017 on YouTube. The series was created by Peerzada in collaboration with Muhammad Adnan Butt, CEO Dot Republic Media. Each episode is separately sponsored and features a Pakistani celebrity interviewed by Peerzada about their journeys, struggles, challenges and success. Each season is titled differently.

Naeem ul Haque was a Pakistani politician who was the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan on Political Affairs. He was also co-founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and served as its Central Information Secretary and President of PTI Sindh. He died on 15 February 2020 after battling the disease for 2 years.

<i>Mehar Posh</i> Pakistani romantic drama serial

Mehar Posh is a 2020 Pakistani romantic drama serial that aired from 3 April 2020 to 8 January 2021 on Geo Entertainment. It is produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi under 7th Sky Entertainment. It stars Ayeza Khan and Danish Taimoor in their seventh project together. The supporting cast include Ali Abbas, Sania Saeed, Rehan Sheikh, Ismat Zaidi and Iffat Rahim. Despite a typical love story, its first episode was regarded as the highest rated first episode of any Pakistani series.
