Elías "Larry" Ayuso is a Puerto Rican former professional basketball player who currently serves as head coach for the Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). Internationally, Ayuso has represented and played for the Puerto Rican national team since 2001. He was part of the 2004 team that defeated the United States at the 2004 Olympic Games.
