Chicago Med is an American medical drama that premiered on NBC on November 17, 2015. The series is focused on the emergency department of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center and on its doctors and nurses as they work to save patients' lives. In March 2024, the series was renewed for a tenth season which premiered on September 25, 2024. [1] [2] In May 2025, the series was renewed for an eleventh season which is scheduled to premiere on October 1, 2025. [3] [4]
