Any wrestler pictured below signifies that they currently hold a championship in DDT Pro-Wrestling. Anybody inactive for a considerable amount of time is acknowledged. This list also acknowledges which stable (referred to by DDT as "units") a wrestler is a part of – this is listed as it is considered by DDT to be a vital part of their product. "(L)" also indicates the leader of the group when one is designated.

Aki Miyashita, also better known his ring name Danshoku Dino, also written Danshoku Dieno, is a Japanese professional wrestler. Dino has spent most of his career competing for DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT), where he plays an overly exaggerated homosexual character. His ring name comes from the character of Baron Dino from the manga series Sakigake!! Otokojuku.
The KO-D Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling tag team championship owned by the Japanese promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT). The title was established in 2001. The current champions are The37Kamiina. They won the vacant titles by defeating Burning at Ultimate Party on December 28, 2024.
Konosuke Takeshita is a Japanese professional wrestler. He is signed to both the Japanese promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT) and the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). In AEW, he is a member of the Don Callis Family and is the AEW International Champion in his first reign. He also appears in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he is reigning NEVER Openweight Champion in his first reign.
Tetsuya Endo is a Japanese professional wrestler, who has worked for DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT) since his debut in April 2012. He is a three time KO-D Openweight Champion and a former four time KO-D Tag Team Champion.
The KO-D10-Man Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling championship owned by the DDT Pro-Wrestling promotion. Meant for teams of five wrestlers, the title is believed to be the first of its kind in professional wrestling. The title was first announced on April 30, 2017, with the inaugural champions crowned on August 20, 2017.
Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling is a Japanese joshi puroresu or women's professional wrestling promotion founded in 2012 as a sister promotion of DDT Pro-Wrestling. Initially running alongside other shows such as live music and other idol performances, it became its own standalone promotion starting on February 28, 2015.
The King of DDT Tournament is an annual single elimination professional wrestling tournament held by CyberFight's DDT Pro-Wrestling brand.

Mirai Ito better known by her ring name Mirai Maiumi, or simply Mirai, is a Japanese professional wrestler. She is signed to Dream Star Fighting Marigold. She is best known for her time in World Wonder Ring Stardom, where she was a member of God's Eye.
The37Kamiina, often stylized as The37KAMIINA or The 37KAMIINA, is a professional wrestling stable currently evolving in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT) and on the Japanese independent scene. The stable currently consists of Mao, Shunma Katsumata, Yuki Ueno and To-y. In Japanese, "37" can be read as "san-na" which sounds like "sauna"; the meaning of "Kamiina" in the members' philosophy lets anyone personally decide about it, with them stating that "It's basically what you want it to be". The stable was formed in late 2020 as the DDT Sauna Club, before it officially debuted on March 14, 2021, when the name The37Kamiina was revealed.
