The series follows the humorous adventures of the little girl robot Arale Norimaki,her creator Senbei Norimaki,and the other residents of the bizarre Penguin Village.

Ojamajo Doremi,alternatively titled Magical DoReMi in English,is a Japanese fantasy magical girl anime television series created by Toei Animation. It focuses on a group of elementary school girls,led by Doremi Harukaze,who become witch apprentices. The series aired in Japan on ABC,TV Asahi and other ANN affiliates between February 1999 and January 2003,spanning four seasons and 201 episodes,and was followed by an original video animation series released between June and December 2004. An English-language version of the first season,produced by 4Kids Entertainment,aired in North America in 2005.
Arale Norimaki is a fictional character and the protagonist of the Dr. Slump manga series,created by Akira Toriyama. She is a humanoid robot built by Senbei Norimaki who looks like a young girl. She is known for her naïveté,energetic personality,lack of common sense,and amazing strength. Senbei tries to convince the other citizens of Penguin Village that she is just a normal human girl,and it seems to work,despite her superhuman athletic ability. Among her strengths,she can use abilities that range from the terrain splitting Chikyūwari to the beam-like N'chahō. However,she is nearsighted and needs to wear glasses. The character also makes appearances in various other media,most notably in the Dragon Ball media franchise.
High School! Kimengumi is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Motoei Shinzawa. A first series Third Year Funny-face Club was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from October 1980 to April 1982. High School! Kimengumi was serialized in the same magazine from April 1982 to July 1987. An anime television series aired from October 1985 to September 1987 and an animated film premiered in July 1986. A sequel manga,titled Flash! Funny-face Club,was published in Square Enix's Monthly Shōnen Gangan from 2001 to 2005.

A 49-episode anime television series by Toei Animation was broadcast on TV Asahi from April 1996 to August 1997. Three movies and three original video animation (OVA) episodes were released. A new anime adaptation is set to premiere in 2025.

He debuted as director for Dragon Ball in 1986 and made his film debut that same year with Dragon Ball:The Legend of Shenlong. Nishio also directed its sequel TV series,Dragon Ball Z,and several of its films.
Pink,subtitled The Rain Jack Story,is a Japanese one-shot manga written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama. It was published in the December 1982 issue of Shueisha's Fresh Jump magazine on October 23,1982. Pink was released in North America by Viz Media on December 7,2021 as part of Akira Toriyama's Manga Theater. Toei Animation adapted the manga into an anime film in 1990 titled Pink:Water Bandit,Rain Bandit.
Toshiki Inoue is a Japanese screenwriter from Saitama Prefecture. He is known for his work on anime and tokusatsu dramas and films. He is the son of Masaru Igami,who himself was a screenwriter for tokusatsu dramas. He is also a manga author,and has written both Mebius Gear and Sword Gai.
Mitsuo Hashimoto is a Japanese storyboard artist and director of television,OVA,and anime films. He previously worked under 橋本光夫,but changed as someone else was using that name. While he was under contract with Toei Animation,he also did work for other companies under the name GenjūrōTachibana.

There's No Freaking Way I'll be Your Lover! Unless... is a Japanese yuri light novel series written by Teren Mikami and illustrated by Eku Takeshima. Shueisha has released six volumes since February 2020 under their Dash X Bunko imprint. A manga adaptation with art by Musshu was launched in Shueisha's Dash X Comic section of the Niconico Seiga website in May 2020. Both the light novel and manga are licensed in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment.
