The Dutch Top 40 is a weekly music chart compiled by Stichting Nederlandse Top 40. It started as a radio program titled "Veronica Top 40", on the offshore station Radio Veronica in 1965. It remained "The Veronica Top 40" until 1974, when the station was forced to stop broadcasting. Joost den Draaijer was the initiator of the Top 40 in the Netherlands. The show is currently aired on Friday from 2 till 6 PM on Qmusic.

Additionally the song peaked within the top 10 in Australia, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Spain. Donovan, who had found fame two years earlier with his hugely popular role in the TV soap Neighbours, had a previous number-one with his duet with Neighbours co-star Kylie Minogue "Especially for You" in January 1989. The music video was filmed in Beechworth, Victoria.

It featured guest vocals by Brazilian vocalist Loalwa Braz, and was released as the first single from Kaoma's debut album Worldbeat. The video, filmed on Cocos beach in the city of Trancoso, in the state of Bahia, Brazil featured the Brazilian child duo Chico & Roberta.
"Libertine" is a 1986 song recorded by French artist Mylène Farmer. It was the third single from her first studio album Cendres de lune and was released on 1 April 1986. It was particularly known for its huge music video, produced as a film and which contains explicit sexual and violent scenes. It met success on the French chart, becoming thus Farmer's first big hit. In 2002, the song was successfully covered by Belgian singer Kate Ryan, who reached the top 20 in several European countries.

The song was written by Alesha along with the help of Brian Higgins, Miranda Cooper, Carla Marie Williams, and other members of Xenomania. The single was her first since 2006 after "Knockdown" was released in October of that year. It was also her first since signing with her new record label Asylum Records.
"Infinity", also known as "Infinity ", is a song by British acid house musician Guru Josh. It was originally released in December 1989 as the lead single from his debut album of the same name. The song was re-released in 2008 in a remixed version called "Infinity 2008".
