Since her debut with her main project in mid-2019, American singer-songwriter Ethel Cain has embarked on two headlining concert tours. She also performed at 28 music festivals, four one-off concerts, and two radio broadcasts, reaching 14 countries across four different continents.

Her first headlining concert tour was The Freezer Bride Tour, which started on July 14, 2022, and ended on December 6. Her second tour, the Blood Stained Blonde Tour, took place in 2023. Both were in support of her debut studio album Preacher's Daughter (2022). In these years, she also has performed as a support act at the Florence and the Machine's Dance Fever Tour, Caroline Polachek's Spiraling Tour, [1] and Boygenius' The Tour. [2] Cain's third headlining concert tour, the Childish Behaviour Tour, took place in 2024.

The duo emerged from the late-2000s Brooklyn music scene with the sleeper hit "Bruises". In 2014, she released her first solo project, Arcadia, as Ramona Lisa. Under CEP, she released Drawing the Target Around the Arrow in 2017.

Preacher's Daughter is the debut studio album by American singer-songwriter and record producer Ethel Cain, released on May 12, 2022, via her own record label, Daughters of Cain. It is a concept album that creates a narrative inspired by the artist's personal life as the daughter of a deacon and centered on fictional characters. Sonically, it experiments with folk music, Americana, slowcore, and other genres. The album was preceded by the release of three singles between March and April 2022: "Gibson Girl", "Strangers", and "American Teenager".

A heartland rock and indie folk track with beaming guitars, it illuminates both nostalgia for teenage life in the South and disillusionment with the American Dream. A self-directed music video for the song was published on July 21, 2022, three months after its release.

The Blood Stained Blonde Tour was the second concert tour by American singer-songwriter and producer Hayden Silas Anhedönia, under the stage name of Ethel Cain. Like the previous one, it served to promote the artist's debut studio album, Preacher's Daughter (2022), a critically acclaimed concept album. The 46-show tour began on April 1, 2023 in Mexico City and concluded on October 24, 2023 in San Francisco.

The Spiraling Tour was the third headlining concert tour by American singer-songwriter and producer Caroline Polachek, in support of her fourth studio album, and second under her name, Desire, I Want to Turn Into You (2023). The tour began on 10 February 2023 in Brighton, England, and concluded on 13 December 2023 in Brisbane, Australia.

"Crush" is a song recorded, written, and produced by American singer-songwriter Ethel Cain. It was released on March 18, 2021, as the second single from her third EP, Inbred. A love song about an older person with a violent streak, it marked an approach by the singer towards a more pop sound. An official music video for "Crush" premiered on August 3, 2021. A stripped version of the track was released alongside an alternative video on September 24, 2021. Cain performed "Crush" at several events and included it on the regular set list of the Childish Behaviour Tour in 2024.
