Family Guy is an American TV series created by Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The main characters of the show are Peter Griffin, his wife Lois, their elder daughter Meg, son Chris, their dog Brian and the most recent child Stewie. The popularity of the series prompted several video game developers to create video games based on the series.
Video games based on the series have been on multiple platforms since the first game's debut in 2006. The first video game, Family Guy Video Game! was developed by High Voltage Software and published by 2K Games for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PlayStation Portable. Since then, another video game has been made for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows called Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse developed by Heavy Iron Studios and published by Activision.
As of 2024, 14 video games based on Family Guy have been published.

Hitman is a stealth video game franchise created by IO Interactive. In each installment, players assume the role of a cloned contract killer named Agent 47, who travels around the world to assassinate various targets that are assigned to him by the fictional International Contract Agency (ICA). Gameplay focuses on freedom of approach, with most levels placing the player in a large sandbox location where they have free rein to explore and find different ways to reach and eliminate their targets. Stealth is a major component of the gameplay and players are given various tools to accomplish their objectives, such as suppressed weaponry and the ability to take disguises, which allow 47 to blend in with non-player characters (NPCs) and bypass most restricted areas undetected.

The Guy Game is a 2004 adult video game developed by Topheavy Studios and published by Gathering for Windows, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. Presented in a trivia gameshow style, the game allows up to four players to compete in the game by completing multiple choice questions and minigames complemented by filmed live-action footage of young women in bikinis on spring break. The game's development was led by former Metroid Prime developer Jeff Spangenberg, who sought to create an interactive game with appeal to men inspired by the Girls Gone Wild series of pornographic videos. The objective of The Guy Game is for players to earn points, as well as accumulate bonus points for a meter, titled the Flash-O-Meter, that progressively removes censorship of footage of the women exposing their breasts. Upon release, The Guy Game was a commercial disappointment and received negative reviews, with critics critiquing the game's tastelessness, slow pace, and lack of content, although some praised the game as a niche party title for a college-age audience.

Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse is an action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Heavy Iron Studios and published by Activision. The game is based on the American animated television series Family Guy, including the episode "Road to the Multiverse", and was also a continuation of the episode "The Big Bang Theory". It also featured the return of Stewie's evil half-brother Bertram, who was killed in the show. The game was released in North America on November 20, 2012, in Australia on November 21, 2012, and in Europe on November 23, 2012, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Versions for Nintendo 3DS and Wii were planned but canceled. It was the first Family Guy console game since Family Guy Video Game! in 2006.
