List of Hong Kong national rugby union players is a list of people who have played for the Hong Kong national rugby union team. The list only includes players who have played in a Test match.

Note that the "position" column lists the position at which the player made his Test debut, not necessarily the position for which he is best known. A position in parentheses indicates that the player debuted as a substitute.

Zachary "Zack" Test is a retired American rugby union player who played for the United States national rugby sevens team. With 143 career tries in the World Rugby Sevens Series, Test led all U.S. players in tries scored until Perry Baker broke his record in early 2018. He is the current head coach of the San Diego Legion in Major League Rugby (MLR).

Rowan Varty Hong Kong international rugby union player

Rowan Varty is a British born Hong Kong rugby union player. He plays for the Hong Kong Cricket Club in the HKRFU Premiership. Rowan has also captained the Hong Kong national rugby union team, Hong Kong Sevens team and been selected to play for Barbarians. His sister Lindsay represents Hong Kong in rugby sevens women's team.

Cameron Henderson is a Scottish rugby union player for Leicester Tigers in England's Premiership Rugby. His usual position is lock. He was previously a stage 3 Scottish Rugby Academy player assigned to Glasgow Warriors.

Chloe Mak is a Hong Kong rugby union player. She was named in Hong Kong's squad to their first-ever World Cup in 2017. She was dubbed the shortest player at the World Cup.

Angela Chan Ka-yan is a Hong Kong rugby union player. She debuted for Hong Kong against Japan in the first match of the 2016 Asia Rugby Women's Championship. She then featured for Hong Kong in a test match against Singapore the following week which was not part of the championship. Chan also played in the second match of the Asia Women's Championship.
