Hyundai Transys is an affiliate company of Hyundai Motor Group and produces a number of automobile transmissions, axles and seats in-house.
On January 1, 2019, Hyundai DYMOS and Hyundai Powertech were merged with Hyundai Transys. [1]
Hyundai Powertech was established in 2001 as South Korea's first automatic transmission specialist. It has plants in South Korea, China, and the United States. Its automatic transmissions are used in Hyundai, Kia, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles.
Hyundai DYMOS produces MT based transmissions including DCT and AMT along with axles, 4WD and seats as automotive parts.

The Hyundai Alpha series is a multi-valve gasoline inline four-cylinder engine family comprising 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 L naturally aspirated versions and a 1.5 L turbocharged version. Introduced in 1992, this was Hyundai's first engine designed entirely in-house and was the first indigenous South Korean engine design. The Kia K5, formerly known as the Kia Optima, is a mid-size car manufactured by Kia since 2000 and marketed globally through various nameplates. First generation cars were mostly marketed as the Optima, although the Kia Magentis name was used in Europe and Canada when sales began there in 2002. The Ducati 848 is a sport bike with a 849 cc (51.8 cu in) 90° L-twin engine made by Ducati. It was announced on November 6, 2007 for the 2008 model year, replacing the 749. The 848 and the 1098 are the same design by Giandrea Fabbro, both use the same frame and bodywork. The first generation 848 makes a claimed 92 kW 10,000 rpm and 90 N⋅m (66 lbf⋅ft) torque at 8,240 rpm. With a manufacturer claimed dry weight of 168 kg (370 lb), the 848 is 5 kg (11 lb) lighter than its larger displacement sibling, the 1198. The first generation 848 covered model years 2008, 2009 and 2010. In July 2009 the 848 Hayden Limited Edition was introduced as a 2010 model as a marketing tie-in with world champion Nicky Hayden racing for Ducati starting from the 2009 Moto GP season.

The Pagani Huayra is a mid-engine sports car produced by Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani, superseding the company's previous offering, the Zonda. It is named after Wayra Tata, the Quechua wind god. The Huayra was named "The Hypercar of the Year 2012" by Top Gear magazine. On 11 February 2015 it was reported that the Pagani Huayra had been sold out. The Huayra was limited to just 100 units as part of Pagani's agreement with engine supplier Mercedes-AMG.

The design is often similar to two separate manual transmissions with their respective clutches contained within one housing, and working as one unit.
