Hidetoshi Nishijima (actor) Japanese actor

Hidetoshi Nishijima is a Japanese actor. He is widely regarded as one of Japan's leading actors in numerous films and television drama series. He has appeared in a wide range of films from science fiction films such as Shin Ultraman (2022) to small-scale art films such as Dolls (2002). He is best known internationally for his leading role in the film Drive My Car (2021). He received the Japan Academy Film Prize for Best Actor for this film.

Choshichiro Edo Nikki (長七郎江戸日記) was a long-running prime-time television series in Japan. The title character was Matsudaira Choshichiro Nagayori, the son of Tokugawa Tadanaga. The premise of the show focuses on Tadanaga's death as a result of an alleged plot to overthrow his elder brother, the third shōgun Tokugawa Iemitsu. Choshichiro lives among the commoners in the shogunal capital city of Edo. Kōtarō Satomi portrayed Choshichiro throughout the series.

Say You to Yo Asobi is a Japanese Internet variety show broadcasting weeknights on AbemaTV's Anime Live Channel. The show features voice actors, who have appeared in various anime and video game series, participating in acting scenarios, quizzes, and talk segments. The show has been running since April 2018 and celebrated its 1,000th episode run in 2021.
