This article provides the names of the runners-up in the Mister Venezuela pageant since the pageant's first edition in 1996.
The contest has announced five finalists from 1996 to 1998, from 2014 to 2016 and from 2019 to 2024. From 1999 to 2005 the number was reduced to three, and in 2017 the group was increased to six (regardless if the pageant post-announces the placements of the other 2/3 delegates who made it to the Top 5/6). Furthermore, the pageant has awarded the winner with the first runner-up from 1996 to 1997, being increased to three with the second runner-up being also awarded from 1998 to 2005 and from 2014 to 2024. In 2006 only the winner was announced. In 2009 and 2012 the winners were appointed without any competition being held.

Mister Venezuela is an annual male pageant held in Venezuela. The winner and finalists from the contest go on to represent Venezuela in many international pageants. The Mister Venezuela pageant was started under the guardianship of Osmel Sousa and María Kallay with the intent of creating a male contest with the same discipline, quality and success as its female counterpart, Miss Venezuela.
Miss Earth Venezuela is an annual beauty pageant in Venezuela. The winner of Miss Earth Venezuela obtains the right to represent the country in the Miss Earth pageant, an annual international major beauty pageant that advocates for environmental awareness, conservation, and social responsibility.
William Manuel Badell López is a Venezuelan model and beauty pageant titleholder. He won Mister Supranational Venezuela in 2021 where he represented Venezuela in Mister Supranational 2021 where he ended up winning the third place behind the eventual winner, Varo Vargas of Peru.
Gustavo Alejandro Acevedo Nicolazzo is a Venezuelan medicine student, model and male beauty pageant titleholder. He was Mister Supranational Venezuela 2016 and represented Venezuela at the inaugural edition of Mister Supranational at Mister Supranational 2016 where he finished as one of the Top 10 finalists.
Jeudiel Enrique Condado Grimán is a Venezuelan business administrator, model and male beauty pageant titleholder. He was Mister Supranational Venezuela 2018 and represented Venezuela at Mister Supranational 2018 where was unplaced.
Leonardo Carrero Contreras is a Venezuelan model and male beauty pageant titleholder. He was Mister Supranational Venezuela 2019 and represented Venezuela in the Mister Supranational 2019 where he finished as 4th Runner-Up.
Annie Marie Fuenmayor Fuenmayor is a Venezuelan model, industrial engineer and beauty pageant titleholder who was selected as Miss Supranational Venezuela 2013. Fuenmayor also represented the Zulian region of Costa Oriental in Miss Venezuela 2015. Similarly, Fuenmayor represented Venezuela in the Miss Supranational 2013 competition, managing to position itself within the Top 20.
Nariman Cristina Battikha Yanyi is a Venezuelan model, economist and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Reina Hispanoamericana 2018. In addition, she also represented Portuguesa state in Miss Venezuela 2017, where she finished as one of the semifinalists.
