Hrvatska radiotelevizija, or Croatian Radiotelevision, is a Croatian public broadcasting company. It operates several radio and television channels, over a domestic transmitter network as well as satellite. HRT is divided into three joint companies – Croatian Radio, Croatian Television and Music Production, which includes three orchestras and a choir.
RTL is a Croatian free-to-air television network founded on 30 April 2004. It was owned by the RTL Group from 2004 to 2022. Since 1 June 2022, it is owned by the CME Group. It is the second commercial television network in Croatia that has a national concession, following Nova TV.

Eight entries qualified from each semi-final on 1 and 2 March 2007 to compete in the final on 3 March 2007. In the final, "Vjerujem u ljubav" performed by Dragonfly featuring Dado Topić was selected as the winner following the combination of votes from a five-member jury panel and a public televote.
HRT 1 is a Croatian television channel, operated by public broadcaster Hrvatska Radiotelevizija (HRT). It is a generalist channel, whose diverse programming lineup includes news programming and other informative series throughout the different parts of the day, as well as a vast array of scripted and non-scripted original and acquired television series.
HRT 2 is a Croatian free-to-air public broadcast television channel owned and operated by Hrvatska Radiotelevizija (HRT). Its line-up focuses mainly on entertainment, although it also broadcasts news and documentaries. The channel started 24-hour broadcasts on 14 January 2011.
Ples sa zvijezdama is a Croatian dance competition television series. It is the Croatian version of the British television series Strictly Come Dancing and is a part of the global Dancing with the Stars television franchise. The series follows various Croatian celebrities paired up with professional dancers competing for the win an elimination-style format.
Story Supernova Music Talents was a Croatian singing reality competition television series, the first Croatian version of the American Idol. The series ran for one season in 2003 on Nova TV. It was co-produced with Story, a Croatian tabloid, hence the name.
Croatia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with the song "Celebrate" written by Boris Đurđević and Marina Mudrinić. The song was performed by Daria. The Croatian broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) organised the national final Dora 2011 to select the Croatian entry for the 2011 contest in Düsseldorf, Germany. Twenty-four artists competed in the national final which consisted of seven shows: four heats, a quarter-final, a semi-final and a final. Contestants were selected to advance in the competition based on the votes of a public televote. Two contestants qualified to compete in the final on 5 March 2011 where the winner was selected over two rounds of voting. In the first round, each finalist performed the three candidate Eurovision songs and one song per finalist advanced to the superfinal following the combination of votes from a three-member judging panel and a public televote. In the superfinal, "Lahor" performed by Daria was selected as the winner based entirely on a public televote. The song was later translated from Croatian to English for the Eurovision Song Contest and was titled "Celebrate".
Survivor Croatia is a Croatian reality game show television series based on the international Survivor format. Following the premise of other versions of the Survivor format, the show features a group of contestants, referred to as "castaways" as they are marooned in an isolated location. The castaways must provide food, water, fire, and shelter for themselves. The contestants compete in various challenges for rewards and immunity from elimination. The contestants are progressively eliminated from the game as they are voted off the island by their fellow castaways, or eliminated through challenges. The final castaway remaining is awarded the title of "Sole Survivor" and the grand prize.
The Voice Hrvatska is a reality singing competition and version of The Voice of Holland for Croatia. It is part of the international syndication The Voice based on the reality singing competition launched in the Netherlands, created by Dutch television producer John de Mol.
Croatia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song "My Friend" written by Jacques Houdek, Tony Roberth Malm, Siniša Reljić, Arjana Kunštek, Ines Prajo and Fabrizio Laucella. The song was performed by Jacques Houdek, who was selected internally by the Croatian broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) on 17 February 2017 to represent Croatia at the 2017 contest in Kyiv, Ukraine. His song "My Friend" was presented to the public on 2 March 2017 during the radio programme Svijet diskografije broadcast on the HR 2 station.
"My Friend" is a song performed by Croatian singer Jacques Houdek. The song represented Croatia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. It was released as a digital download on 2 March 2017, and is the first Croatian entry to contain lyrics in the Italian language. Houdek alternates between singing in Italian using his chest register and in English using his head and falsetto registers.

Sixteen entries competed in the national final on 16 February 2019 and "The Dream" performed by Roko was selected as the winner following the combination of votes from ten regional juries and a public televote.
Croatia originally planned to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song "Divlji vjetre" written by Ante Pecotić. The song was performed by Damir Kedžo. The Croatian broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) organised the national final Dora 2020 to select the Croatian entry for the 2020 contest in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Fourteen entries competed in the national final on 29 February 2020 and "Divlji vjetre" performed by Damir Kedžo was selected as the winner following the combination of votes from five regional juries and a public televote.

Fourteen entries competed in the national final on 13 February 2021 and "Tick-Tock" performed by Albina was selected as the winner following the combination of votes from ten regional juries and a public televote.
Croatia will be represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, which will be held in Basel, Switzerland. The Croatian participating broadcaster, Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT), will organise the national final Dora 2025 in order to select its entry for the contest.

Mrkomir Prvi is a Croatian comedy television series. Set in the year 805, the series follows the everyday trails of inhabitants of an Early Middle ages principality, which is ruled by the title character Mrkomir.
