The list also includes players from the American National Basketball League (NBL), the Basketball Association of America (BAA), and the original American Basketball Association (ABA). All of these leagues contributed to the formation of the present-day NBA.

Individuals who played in the NBL prior to its 1949 merger with the BAA are listed in italics, as they are not traditionally listed in the NBA's official player registers.

The Green Bay Packers are a professional American football team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Packers have competed in the National Football League (NFL) since 1921, two years after their original founding by Curly Lambeau and George Whitney Calhoun. They are members of the North Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) and play their home games at Lambeau Field in central Wisconsin. Over 1,800 players have taken part in at least one regular season or postseason game for the Packers since 1921. The team's all-time roster does not include players who only played in games during the 1919 or 1920 seasons. Players who only participated in preseason games or who were only signed to the practice squad are also excluded. The Packers have had 35 players inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and have inducted 137 players into their own team hall of fame. Roster sizes have evolved since the early days of the NFL, growing from 18 roster spots in 1921 to the lower 50s by the 2020s.
