Wolf's Rain is a Japanese anime television series created by writer Keiko Nobumoto and produced by Bones. It was directed by Tensai Okamura and featured character designs by Toshihiro Kawamoto with a soundtrack produced and arranged by Yoko Kanno. It focuses on the journey of four lone wolves who cross paths while following the scent of the Lunar Flower and seeking Paradise.
Mobile Police Patlabor, also known as Patlabor, is a Japanese science fiction media franchise created by Headgear, a group consisting of manga artist Masami Yūki, director Mamoru Oshii, screenwriter Kazunori Itō, mecha designer Yutaka Izubuchi, and character designer Akemi Takada.

Gunbuster, known in Japan as Top o Nerae!, is a Japanese OVA anime series produced by Bandai Visual, Victor, and Gainax and released from 1988 to 1989. It was the directorial debut of Hideaki Anno, best known as the creator and director of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The title is a combination of the titles of classic tennis manga and anime Aim for the Ace! and hit action drama film Top Gun, whose plot inspired Gunbuster's. To celebrate Gainax's 20th anniversary in 2004, a sequel to Gunbuster, Diebuster, was released as an OVA. The sequel features new characters and mecha, but retains the format and many of the concepts of the original series.
Dominion is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Masamune Shirow. Set in the fictional city of Newport, Japan, in a future in which bacteria as well as air pollution have become so severe that people must wear gas masks when outdoors, the series follows a police squadron that uses military-style tanks.
Alien Nine is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hitoshi Tomizawa. The manga was serialized in Akita Shoten's Young Champion magazine from June 1998 to August 1999, spanning 3 tankōbon volumes. In 2003, Tomizawa released a 1-volume sequel to the series called Alien 9 Emulators. In 2015, Tomizawa also released a sequel doujinshi to Alien 9 and Alien 9 Emulators called Alien 9 Next. Both the manga and anime are noted for their moe art style and heavy violence despite the young main characters, Pokémon-like monster designs, and initial appearances of a slice-of-life-esque series.
Patlabor: The TV Series, known in Japan as Patlabor The Mobile Police: On Television, is a 1989-1990 anime television series. It was created by Headgear, animated by Sunrise, and based on the Patlabor anime franchise. The story focuses on Second Special Vehicles Division (SV2), a group of Patlabor policemen who fight and investigate crimes. The TV series is an alternate timeline to the original Patlabor OVAs and films, with an all-new origin story.
Patlabor: The New Files, known in Japan as Mobile Police Patlabor 2 (機動警察パトレイバー2), is a Japanese original video animation series based on the Patlabor anime franchise. These episodes take place at several points between episodes of Patlabor: The TV Series and after the latter's final episode. The OVA episodes also feature the conclusion of the Griffon storyarc.
Birdy the Mighty is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masami Yuki. His initial attempt with the story ran in Shogakukan's Shōnen Sunday Zōkan from 1985 to 1988, but it was eventually abandoned. Over a decade later, Yuki began a reboot, which was serialized in Weekly Young Sunday (2002–2008) and Weekly Big Comic Spirits (2008); its chapters were collected in 20 tankōbon volumes. Animaze.. iNC was an American production company known for producing English language dubs for many high profile anime series, such as Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Code Geass, and Wolf's Rain, and video games, such as Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht and the .hack series. It was also known for its work on anime films such as Ghost in the Shell and the redub of Akira. The company was founded by Kevin Seymour, formerly of U.S. Renditions. The company closed when Kevin Seymour died in 2014.
