After emerged champion at an MTV Mandarin-produced television singing competition show in 1998, she released her debut studio album, 1019 (1999), and it sold more than 450,000 copies in Taiwan. In the following year, she released her second studio album, Don't Stop, it sold more than 500,000 copies in Taiwan, and it became the year's sixth highest-selling album in the country. Her third studio album, Show Your Love, was released by the end of the same year, it sold more than 280,000 copies in Taiwan, and it became the eleventh highest-selling album of 2001 in the country. Her fourth studio album, Lucky Number (2001), sold more than 150,000 copies in Taiwan, and it became the year's nineteenth highest-selling album in the country.

Play is the thirteenth studio album by Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai. It was released on November 15, 2014, by Warner and Eternal. Produced by Starr Chen, Andrew Chen, Tiger Chung, JJ Lin, and Michael Lin, it broke away from the framework of traditional Chinese albums with rich musical contents and all-encompassing themes.

Time Will Tell is the fifth studio album by Taiwanese Mandopop artist Hebe Tien from the girl group S.H.E. The CD album was released on September 25, 2020, followed by LP record that was released on 4 November 2020. This is the first studio album released through her new label Pourquoi Pas Music (PQPMusic) and partnership with her management A TUNE Music, after parting ways with her previous label HIM International Music.

Hsin-Chien Huang is an artist and director working in mixed media. Science, technology, new media, programming, and algorithms are tools he uses to bring the universe of his imagination to life. He served as artistic director for SEGA and Sony. Huang collaborated with pioneering American media artist Laurie Anderson on their VR work La Camera Insabbiata/Chalkroom which won the Best VR experience Award at the 74th Venice International Film Festival(it was the first edition of the festival that introduced its virtual-reality section); he also designed her 1995 CD-ROM, Puppet Motel. His work Bodyless was also nominated in the 76th of the festival. In 2011,Huang received the "Pride of Taiwan" honor from president of Taiwan Ma Ying-jeou.

Erek Lin is a Taiwanese actor. Making his debut as a child actor in Starry Starry Night (2012), Lin has since gone on to star in various dramas and movies.

"Play" (我呸) is a song by Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai (蔡依林), recorded on Jolin 's 13th original studio album "Play" (呸). The song was composed by Nese Ni (倪子岡), written by Katie Lee and produced by Starr Chen. The song was released on October 27, 2014 as the first single from the album "Play" by Warner Music Taiwan and Eternal Music Production (凌時差音樂). The song and its music video were shortlisted for Best Song of the Year and Best Music Video at the 26th Golden Melody Awards, Nese Ni and Starr Chen were shortlisted for Best Arranger for the song, and Starr Chen was shortlisted for Best Single Producer for the song.
