Spooks (known as MI-5 in certain countries) is a British spy drama television series, created by David Wolstencroft. It debuted on BBC One on 13 May 2002. The series follows the activities of the intelligence officers of Section D in MI5. In 2003 it won the British Academy Television Award for Best Drama Series.

Contents

From its debut until its finale on 23 October 2011, 86 episodes were aired across ten complete series. The first series has six episodes, and series two through six have 10 episodes each. Series seven through nine have eight episodes each. The ninth series aired between September and November 2010. The tenth and final series, which began airing on 18 September 2011, consists of six episodes. The individual episodes have no official titles, though there are internal working titles. The USA versions air with titles, which sometimes, but not always, match the working titles.

New Tricks is a British television police procedural, created by Nigel McCrery and Roy Mitchell, produced primarily by Wall to Wall, and broadcast on BBC One. The programme originally began with a pilot episode on 27 March 2003, before a full series was commissioned for 1 April 2004, with it concluding after twelve series on 6 October 2015. The primary storyline involves Sugarhorse, a top secret operation set up by MI5 during the final years of the Cold War, and a mole working for the FSB who intends to leak the operation to the Russians. The series follows the musketeers Athos, Aramis, and Porthos as they serve King Louis XIII and citizens of 17th-century Paris. The first episode was shown on BBC One on 19 January 2014. It stars Tom Burke as Athos, Santiago Cabrera as Aramis, Howard Charles as Porthos, Luke Pasqualino as d'Artagnan, with Tamla Kari as Constance d’Artagnan, Maimie McCoy as Milady de Winter, Ryan Gage as King Louis XIII and Alexandra Dowling as Queen Anne. It also features Peter Capaldi as Cardinal Richelieu in the first series, Marc Warren as Comte de Rochefort in the second series, and Rupert Everett as the Marquis de Feron for the final series.

Spooks: Code 9 is a counter-intelligence drama series broadcast on BBC Three in 2008.
