The T1 League was a professional basketball league in Taiwan. It was the third Taiwanese professional basketball league after the now-defunct Chinese Basketball Alliance and P. League+.
The 2021–22 T1 League season was the first season of the T1 League, with the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Taichung Wagor Suns, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, TaiwanBeer HeroBears, and the Taoyuan Leopards participating in this competition. The regular season started on November 27, 2021 and ended on May 20, 2022. The play-in series was played on May 22. The semifinals series started on May 24 and ended on May 28. The finals series started on May 31 and ended on June 4. On June 4, the Kaohsiung Aquas defeated the Taichung Wagor Suns, 3–0, winning the 2021–22 season championship.
The 2022–23 Taichung Suns season was the franchise's 2nd season in the T1 League. The Suns were with Wang Wei-Chieh as their general manager. On July 1, 2022, the Taoyuan Pilots hired Iurgi Caminos, the head coach of the Taichung Wagor Suns, as their new head coach. On September 18, the Suns promoted Alberto Garcia, the assistant coach of the Taichung Wagor Suns, as their new head coach. On October 25, the Suns named Chris Gavina as their new head coach.

On July 6, 2022, the GhostHawks promoted Liu Meng-Chu, the interim head coach of the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, as their new head coach. On March 3, 2023, the GhostHawks named Ma I-Hung, the assistant coach of the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, as their interim head coach for one game since Liu Meng-Chu coached UCH basketball team for University Basketball Association (UBA) 2022–23 season quarterfinals series. On March 24, the GhostHawks named Ma I-Hung as their interim head coach for one game since Liu Meng-Chu coached UCH basketball team for UBA 2022–23 season semifinals series.

The regular season started on October 29, 2022 and ended on April 23, 2023. The All-Star Game was played on February 28. The play-in series started on April 25 and ended on April 27. The semifinals series started on April 28 and ended on May 8. The finals series started on May 13 and ended on May 21. On May 21, the New Taipei CTBC DEA defeated the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, 4–0, winning the 2022–23 season championship.

The 2023–24 Taipei Mars season was the franchise's 1st season in the T1 League. The Mars were coached by Brian Adams in his first year as their head coach, with Lin You-Ting as their general manager. On December 31, the Mars announced that Brian Adams resigned from head coach. On January 3, 2024, the Mars named Hsu Hao-Cheng, the assistant coach of the Taipei Mars, as their interim head coach.
The 2023–24 Taichung Suns season was the franchise's 3rd season in the T1 League. The Suns were with Wang Wei-Chieh as their general manager. On June 29, 2023, the Suns announced that Chris Gavina left the team. On July 1, the Suns named Anthony Tucker as their new head coach. On September 15, the T1 League announced that the 2023–24 season participation rights of the Taichung Suns was cancelled due to financial qualification. On October 13, the news reported that Anthony Tucker left the team. On October 16, the Suns announced to fold officially.
The 2023–24 New Taipei CTBC DEA season was the franchise's 3rd season in the T1 League. The DEA were coached by Lee Yi-Hua in his third year as their head coach, with Liu Chih-Wei as their general manager.
