The GhostHawks were coached by Wu Chih-Wei in his first year as head coach, with Chien Wei-Cheng as their general manager. The 2022 T1 League playoffs was the postseason tournament of the T1 League's 2021–22 season. The play-in series was played on May 22. The semifinals series started on May 24 and ended on May 28. The finals series started on May 31 and ended on June 4. On June 4, the Kaohsiung Aquas defeated the Taichung Wagor Suns, 3–0, winning the 2021–22 season championship.

The Taichung Dreamers Academy is a Taiwanese basketball team based in Taichung, Taiwan. The team is composed of amateur and student players. They competed in various basketball tournaments.

The 2022–23 Taichung Suns season was the franchise's 2nd season, its second season in the T1 League, its 2nd in Taichung City. The Suns were with Wang Wei-Chieh, as their general manager. On July 1, 2022, the Taoyuan Pilots hired Iurgi Caminos, the head coach of the Taichung Wagor Suns, as their new head coach. On September 18, the Suns promoted Alberto Garcia, the assistant coach of the Taichung Wagor Suns, as their new head coach. On October 25, the Suns named Chris Gavina as their new head coach.

The 2022–23 Kaohsiung Aquas season was the franchise's 2nd season, its second season in the T1 League, its 2nd in Kaohsiung City. The Aquas were coached by Brendan Joyce in his second year as head coach, with Wang De-Yao as their general manager.

The 2023–24 T1 League season is the third season of the T1 League, with the Kaohsiung Aquas, the New Taipei CTBC DEA, the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, the Taipei Taishin Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards participating in this competition. The regular season started on October 28, 2023 and is scheduled to end on April 28, 2024.

The 2023–24 Taichung Suns season was the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the T1 League, its 3rd in Taichung City. The Suns were with Wang Wei-Chieh as their general manager. On June 29, 2023, the Suns announced that Chris Gavina left the team. On July 1, the Suns named Anthony Tucker as their new head coach. On September 15, the T1 League announced that the 2023–24 season participation rights of the Taichung Suns was cancelled due to financial qualification. On October 13, the news reported that Anthony Tucker left the team. On October 16, the Suns announced to fold officially.

The 2023–24 Taiwan Beer Leopards season is the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the T1 League, its 3rd in Taoyuan City. On August 14, 2023, the Leopards named Michael Olson as their new head coach. On January 13, 2024, the Leopards announced to terminate contract relationship with Michael Olson, and named Chou Chun-San, the consultant of the Taiwan Beer Leopards, as their interim head coach.

The T1 League is a professional basketball league in Taiwan. All teams have a squad of dancers for cheerleading.
