The 2023 T1 League draft was the third edition of the T1 League's annual draft. It was held on July 14, 2023, at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park Warehouse 1 in Taipei City. [2] [3] [1] There were six teams joined the draft, including the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Taichung Suns, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei City team, [lower-alpha 1] and the TaiwanBeer Leopards. The draft combine was held at National Taiwan University of Arts on July 8, 2023. [13] There were 36 players participated in the draft combine. [14] Li Pei-Cheng was awarded the Most Outstanding Player in the rookie contest. [15]
On June 27, 2023, the T1 League released its official list of entrants, consisting of 43 players from college and other educational institutions in this edition of the draft. [13] On July 8, the T1 League announced that Ting Kuan-Hao and Wang Yi-Fan applied to quit the draft. [16] On July 10, the T1 League released the final list of entrants, consisting of 41 players in this edition of the draft. [1]

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan, the draft was postponed to August 9. There were 58 players participated in the draft, and 17 players were chosen in 5 rounds.

The 2021–22 Taoyuan Leopards season was the franchise's 1st season in the T1 League. The Leopards were coached by Wang Chih-Chun in his first year as their head coach, with Su Yi-Chieh as their general manager. On April 10, 2022, the Leopards announced that Wang Chih-Chun resigned from head coach, and named Su Yi-Chieh as their interim head coach. On May 16, the Leopards named Liu Chia-Fa, the skills consultant of the Taoyuan Leopards, as their new head coach.
The Taiwan Beer Leopards are a Taiwanese professional basketball team based in Taoyuan City. They have competed in the T1 League since the 2021–22 season, and play their home games at the Taoyuan Arena. The Leopards became one of the six teams of the inaugural T1 League season.

The regular season started on November 27, 2021 and ended on May 20, 2022. The play-in series was played on May 22. The semifinals series started on May 24 and ended on May 28. The finals series started on May 31 and ended on June 4. On June 4, the Kaohsiung Aquas defeated the Taichung Wagor Suns, 3–0, winning the 2021–22 season championship.

The Leopards were coached by Liu Chia-Fa in his second year as their head coach, with Su Yi-Chieh as their general manager. On December 19, 2022, Su Yi-Chieh announced that he resigned from general manager. On December 21, the Leopards named Chang Chien-Wei, the chief executive officer of the Taoyuan Leopards, as their interim general manager. On March 24, 2023, the Leopards named Liu Chia-Fa as their player development and skills consultant, and John Bennett as their new head coach.

The 2023–24 Taichung Suns season was the franchise's 3rd season in the T1 League. The Suns were with Wang Wei-Chieh as their general manager. On June 29, 2023, the Suns announced that Chris Gavina left the team. On July 1, the Suns named Anthony Tucker as their new head coach. On September 15, the T1 League announced that the 2023–24 season participation rights of the Taichung Suns was cancelled due to financial qualification. On October 13, the news reported that Anthony Tucker left the team. On October 16, the Suns announced to fold officially.
The 2023–24 Taiwan Beer Leopards season was the franchise's 3rd season in the T1 League. On August 14, 2023, the Leopards named Michael Olson as their new head coach. On January 13, 2024, the Leopards announced to terminate contract relationship with Michael Olson, and named Chou Chun-San, the consultant of the Taiwan Beer Leopards, as their interim head coach. On February 15, the Leopards named Charles Dube-Brais, the assistant coach of the Taiwan Beer Leopards, as their new head coach.

The 2023–24 season opening game, matched by the Tainan TSG GhostHawks and the New Taipei CTBC DEA, was played at Xinzhuang Gymnasium.
The 2024 T1 League Finals was the championship series of the T1 League's 2023–24 season and conclusion of the season's playoffs. The best-of-seven final series was played by the winners of the semifinals series. The finals series started on May 24 and ended on June 7. The series was matched by Taipei Taishin Mars and Taiwan Beer Leopards. On June 1, the Taiwan Beer Leopards defeated the Taipei Taishin Mars, 4–0, winning the 2023–24 season championship. DeMarcus Cousins of the Taiwan Beer Leopards was named the Finals MVP.
The 2024 T1 League draft was the fourth edition of the T1 League's annual draft. It was originally scheduled to hold on July 11, 2024, in Taipei City. There were five teams joined the draft, including the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei Taishin Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards. On July 1, the new league preparation committee announced that P. League+ and T1 League would jointly hold the united draft on July 15.
