The United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) is a national organization and sanctioning body for amateur soccer in the United States. It consists of 54 state organizations as well as regional, national and state leagues.

There are numerous adult leagues that are affiliated with the USASA. These leagues are mostly independent of each other, and the division rankings cannot be reliably compared between state or local organizations. There are affiliated leagues and national leagues, in which the national leagues operate leagues constructed out of localized conferences, while multi-state and regional leagues operated leagues that focus on competition with less emphasize on national appeal. USASA has over 250,000 adult members within its leagues and teams.

Established in 2000, The Roma men's team last played in 2011 in the North Texas Premier Soccer Association, a United States Adult Soccer Association-affiliated league, that represents the fifth tier of the American soccer pyramid. The Roma youth teams currently play in the prestigious Classic League, a competitive playing league sponsored by the Chamber Classic Soccer Alliance, Inc., which is affiliated with and sanctioned by the North Texas State Soccer Association.

Kimberly Wyant is an American soccer coach and retired player. She is the head coach of the New York University men's soccer team, currently, the only women to lead a men's NCAA National Collegiate Athletic Association soccer program. Since her appointment as coach of NYU, she has led them to postseason play in every season except one, including three NCAA National Soccer Championship Tournaments, 2018, 2021, 2022.

The Ohio Valley Premier League (OVPL) is a USASA-affiliated league through US Club Soccer that includes teams from Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The regular season of the OVPL runs May through July. It is the only premier U23 adult amateur league in the region.

North Alabama Soccer Coalition is an American soccer team based in Huntsville, Alabama. The team is a member of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Southeast Conference. The 2022 National Amateur Cup was the 98th edition of the National Amateur Cup, a knockout cup competition open to amateur teams affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). It was the fourth edition of the tournament to award its champion a spot in the U.S. Open Cup.

The 2023 National Amateur Cup is the 99th edition of the National Amateur Cup, a knockout cup competition open to amateur teams affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). It will be the fifth edition of the tournament to award its champion a spot in the U.S. Open Cup.
