The "E" stands for entertainment and the channel is primarily aimed at the 16/18–34 age group. Programmes currently shown on the channel include Hollyoaks, Made in Chelsea, Coach Trip, Celebs Go Dating and various versions of Married At First Sight. The most successful broadcast of the channel to date was on 11 October 2010 when an episode of The Inbetweeners received over 3.7 million viewers.

Jack Whitehall English actor, comedian, presenter and writer

Jack Peter Benedict Whitehall is an English actor, comedian, presenter, and writer. He is known for starring as JP in the series Fresh Meat (2011–2016) and Alfie Wickers in the series Bad Education (2012–2014) and its spin-off film The Bad Education Movie (2015). He also co-wrote the latter two. From 2012 to 2018, Whitehall was a regular panellist on the game show A League of Their Own. In 2017, he appeared with his father in the Netflix comedy documentary series Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father and starred in the television series Decline and Fall. From 2018 to 2021, he hosted the BRIT Awards.

<i>You Have Been Watching</i> British quiz show

You Have Been Watching is a British comedy panel game presented by Charlie Brooker, produced by Zeppotron for Channel 4 and filmed at BBC Television Centre and Riverside Studios in London. It first aired on 7 July 2009 for a weekly eight-episode run. Each week Brooker is accompanied by a panel of three guests. The focus of the quiz is television - before recording, guest panellists watch selected episodes of various television shows. They then may be asked to suggest hypothetical improvements to the format, critically assess it or to answer quiz questions on the content.
