New Democracy is a liberal-conservative political party in Greece. In contemporary Greek politics, New Democracy has been the main centre-right to right wing political party and one of the two major parties along with its historic rival, the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK). New Democracy and PASOK were created in the wake of the toppling of the military junta in 1974, ruling Greece in succession for the next four decades. Following the electoral decline of PASOK, New Democracy remained one of the two major parties in Greece, the other being the Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA). The party was founded in 1974 by Konstantinos Karamanlis and in the same year it formed the first cabinet of the Third Hellenic Republic. New Democracy is a member of the European People's Party, the largest European political party since 1999, the Centrist Democrat International, and the International Democracy Union.

Hemant Soren is an Indian politician who has served as the fifth and current Chief Minister of Jharkhand since 4 July 2024. He had previously served in the office from 2019 to 2024 and 2013 to 2014. The prime minister of Sint Maarten became the head of government of Sint Maarten after the Netherlands Antilles had been dissolved on 10 October 2010. The prime minister, together with the Council of Ministers and the governor of Sint Maarten, form the executive branch of the government of Sint Maarten. Rosemary Nokuzola Capa, also known as Zoleka Capa, is a South African politician who is currently serving as Deputy Minister of Agriculture since June 2024. She previously served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Land Reform since August 2021 to June 2024. Nobuhle Pamela NkabaneMP currently serves as the Minister of Higher Education in the cabinet of South Africa, having been sworn in on 3 July 2024. She previously served as the Deputy Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy from 2021 until 2024. Nkabane is a member of the National Assembly of South Africa for the African National Congress. She was first elected an MP in the 2019 general election. Nkabane previously worked as a tutor at the University of South Africa while serving as an MP.

Mzwanele Nyhontso is a South African politician who is the president of the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania, and a member of the National Assembly of South Africa. Since July 2024 he is the Minister of Land Reform and Rural Development in the cabinet of the country's Government of National Unity.
