He is Sindh President of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and was an elected Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) from PS-220 (Khairpur-1).

Syed Ali Qutab Shah Rizvi was a member of the Pakistani Sindh Provincial Assembly in the 1970s and 1980s, representing the district of Tharparkar. He served in the fifth (1972–1977), sixth (1977), and eighth (1988–1990) assemblies.

Previously, he was a member of Provincial Assembly of Sindh from July 2017 to May 2018 and a member of the Senate of Pakistan.

Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was a Pakistani politician who was the Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh for Constituency PS-16 (Jacobabad-IV) from his election in June 2013 and the Provincial Minister of Sindh for Planning and Development since August 2016 until his death in February 2018. Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was the chief of 36 tribes. Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was the son of Sardar Noor Muhammad Khan Bijarani.
