Opportunity Bank Uganda Limited (OBUL), is a Tier II credit institution in Uganda. It was previously registered as a commercial bank by the Bank of Uganda, the central bank and national banking regulator. The institution received a commercial banking license on 25 September 2019.

Nile Breweries Limited (NBL) is the leading beer manufacturer in Uganda.

Brookside Dairy Limited, often referred to as Brookside Dairies, is a dairy processing company in Kenya, the largest economy in the East African Community. The company offers fresh pasteurized milk, cream, butter, yogurt, ghee, and long life milk products in Indian Ocean Islands, East Africa, Rwanda and Burundi. It provides products through distribution depots, agents, and sub agents to outlets in East Africa.

The dairy processing industry in Uganda is young, rapidly growing, and vibrant.

Amos Dairies Uganda Limited, also Amos Dairies, is a dairy processing company in Uganda. It is a subsidiary of Amos Dairies Limited, an Indian company with headquarters in New Delhi, India.

GBK Dairy Products Limited, often referred to as GBK Dairy, is a dairy processing company in Uganda.

Paramount Dairies Limited (PDL), often referred to as Paramount Dairies, is a dairy processing company in Uganda. PDL is a leading manufacturer of Cheddar and Gouda cheeses in Uganda. In 2013, the Daily Monitor newspaper named this company among the 6 key milk processors in the country, out of at least 30 licensed operators.

Kawanda–Birembo High Voltage Power Line is a high voltage electricity power line, under construction, connecting the high voltage substation at Kawanda, in Uganda to another high voltage substation at Birembo, in Rwanda.
