"Winter Wonderland" is a song written in 1934 by Felix Bernard and lyricist Richard Bernhard Smith. Due to its seasonal theme, it is often regarded as a Christmas song in the Northern Hemisphere. Since its original recording by Richard Himber, it has been covered by over 200 different artists. Its lyrics are about a couple's romance during winter.
South Korean girl group Blackpink has released two studio albums, three extended plays, one reissue, one compilation album, four live albums, five single albums, twelve singles and four promotional singles. They released their debut single album Square One on August 8, 2016, which included the songs "Whistle" and "Boombayah". "Whistle" debuted atop the Gaon Digital Chart and sold more than 2.5 million digital copies in South Korea, while "Boombayah" became the group's first number-one hit on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. The group continued their success with the release of Square Two on November 1, which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart and number two on the World Albums chart. The single album included "Playing with Fire", which reached number three and sold more than 2.5 million digital copies in South Korea. On June 22, 2017, Blackpink released the single "As If It's Your Last", which also peaked at number three and reached 2.5 million certified downloads in South Korea. On August 30, the group made their Japanese debut with the EP Blackpink, which featured Japanese-language versions of the group's existing tracks. The EP was a commercial success, debuting atop the Oricon Albums Chart and selling over 80,000 copies in Japan.

Kim Yoon-ho, known professionally as Shaun (Korean: 숀), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, music producer, and DJ. He debuted in 2010 as the keyboardist and backup singer of the indie rock band The Koxx. In July 2018, his solo song, "Way Back Home," unexpectedly topped South Korean music charts, drawing accusations that he and his management had manipulated chart rankings. His management company denied the accusations, as did Shaun himself. After investigation by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, these accusations were found false.
Alif Abdullah, better known as ALYPH or Alif is a Singaporean-Malay singer, performer, songwriter, composer and producer based in Malaysia. Between 2005 and 2015, Alif was active as part of the Singaporean hip hop and R&B duo, SleeQ, along with his cousin, Syarifullah/Syarif. He is the founder of the record label Black Hat Cat Records.
