Departments form the second level of administrative division, and are subdivided in municipalities. They are extended in all of Argentina except for the Province of Buenos Aires and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the national capital, each of which has different administrative arrangements.

Liga de Ascenso is the second division of Honduran football; it was founded on 17 December 1979 as Segunda División and renamed Liga de Ascenso on 21 July 2002. The league is divided into 4 groups: Zona Norte y Atlántica, Zona Norte y Occidente, Zona Centro y Sur, Zona Sur y Oriente. The top 2 teams of each group qualifies for the liguilla (play-offs). Each season is divided into two tournaments, Apertura (opening) and Clausura (closing). The champions of the opening and closing tournament compete for the promotion to Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Honduras in a two-legged match.
Ruta Nacional 3 is an Argentine highway, stretching from the eastern side of the country in Buenos Aires, crossing the provinces of Buenos Aires, Río Negro, Chubut Province, Santa Cruz and Tierra del Fuego. Liga Mayor de Honduras is the third division of football in Honduras. It is composed of separate departmental leagues. The league is divided into two regions, North and South. Both regions are further divided into two groups. Promotion to Liga de Ascenso de Honduras is decided by a promotion final in each region. The finalist of said promotion final, are winners of each of their respective group. The groups are composed of departmental champions. One team from each region is promoted to Liga de Ascenso de Honduras, two in total.

Ferrocarriles Patagónicos was an Argentine State-owned railway company that built and operated several rail lines in Patagonia region. FP were part of the Argentine State Railway created in 1909 during the presidency of José Figueroa Alcorta.
The 2013–14 Copa Argentina was the fifth edition of the Copa Argentina, and the third since the relaunch of the tournament in 2011. The competition began on October 29, 2013. Arsenal was the defending champion, but were eliminated by Instituto in the Round of 32. In the final, Huracán won the tournament beating Rosario Central on penalties to win their first title. By winning the competition, Huracán won the right to play the 2015 Copa Libertadores, and the 2014 Supercopa Argentina.
The 2014–15 Copa Argentina was the sixth edition of the Copa Argentina, and the fourth since the relaunch of the tournament in 2011. The competition began on October 15, 2014. Defending champions Huracán were eliminated by Independiente Rivadavia in the Round of 64. In the final, Boca Juniors won the tournament beating Rosario Central to win their third title. By winning the competition, Boca Juniors won the right to play the 2015 Supercopa Argentina, and Rosario Central, as runner-up won the right to play in the 2016 Copa Libertadores because Boca Juniors had already qualified as Primera División champion.
The Comodoro Rivadavia and Colonia Sarmiento Railway was an Argentine railway company that built and operated a broad gauge line that connected the port of Comodoro Rivadavia with Colonia Sarmiento in Chubut Province. The FCCRCS -belonging to Argentine State Railway- also connected to Central Chubut Railway.
The 2022 Argentine Torneo Federal A, was the tenth season of the Torneo Federal A, the regionalised third tier of the Argentine football league system. The tournament is reserved for teams indirectly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA have to play the Primera B Metropolitana, which is the other third tier competition. The competition was contested by 29 of the 31 teams that took part in the 2021 season and four teams promoted from Torneo Regional Federal Amateur. Two teams will be promoted to Primera Nacional and four teams were relegated to Torneo Regional Federal Amateur. The season began on 27 march and ended in 13 November 2022.
