    Longgang District is one of the nine districts of Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is located in northeastern Shenzhen. With an area of 682.87 square kilometres (263.66 sq mi), Longgang District is one of the largest districts by area in Guangdong province. The population of the district is 1,831,225.

    Shenzhen Middle School, commonly referred as SMS or SZMS, is a high school located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Founded in 1947, it was made the only provincial key high school in Shenzhen in 1983. In November 1993, it became one of the first Class-One Schools of Guangdong Province. In 1998, Shenzhen Middle School merged with Honghu Middle School, and the latter's campus is now Shenzhen Middle School's junior school. In total, its junior and senior campuses cover an area of 107,602 square metres (1,158,220 sq ft). The student-teacher ratio is about 10:1. Zhu Huawei is the current principal.

    Dapeng New District is an administrative area under the jurisdiction of Longgang District in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It has a land area of 294.18 square kilometres (113.58 sq mi), a coastline of 133.22 kilometres (82.78 mi) and a total population of about 180,000. The district was created on 30 December 2011 with its administration center located on 5 Dapeng Street, Zhongshan Road.

    Guanlan River

    Guanlan River is a tributary of the Shima River (石马河) located in both cities of Dongguan and Shenzhen. It is 88 kilometres (55 mi) long and drains an area of 1,249 square kilometres (482 sq mi). Guanlan River rises in Da'naoke Hill (大脑壳山), north of Shenzhen, and flows generally north through Qinghu Village (清湖村) and Guanlan Subdistrict, to Dongguan, then flows north to join Shima River in Yantian Stream (雁田水), where it feeds into Dong River, about 1 square kilometre (0.39 sq mi) near Qiaotou Town (桥头镇).

    Bromsgrove School Mission Hills, also known as Bromsgrove-Mission Hills International School of Shenzhen (BMH), is a British international bilingual school in Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, affiliated with Bromsgrove School in the United Kingdom and the Chinese leisure and hospitality company Mission Hills Group. As of 2019 Peter Clague is the headmaster. As of 2018 it is one of eight schools in Shenzhen designated for children of foreign workers. Anna Packman is the Head of both the Pre and Prep school. BMH is open to Chinese students.
