Super Dash Manga Program Series

Super Dash Manga Program (スーパーダッシュ漫画プログラム, Suupaa Dasshu Manga Programu) shortened to SDMP, is the supplement manga magazine of Jump Square. It is published from April 21 to October 4 of 2011. Super Dash Manga Program focuses on series and one shots of the comicalization on light novels from Super Dash Bunko.

Bastard!! Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kazushi Hagiwara. It began its serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump in 1988, after debuting with a pilot one-shot in that magazine in 1987, and has continued irregularly in Ultra Jump since 2000, with its latest chapter released in 2010. As of 2012, 27 collected tankōbon volumes have been released. The pilot one-shot was remade by Tatsuya Shihara and published in Ultra Jump in July 2023. The manga was formerly licensed for English release in North America by Viz Media; only the first 19 volumes were released.

After a nearly ten-year hiatus, the series resumed in Jump SQ.Crown in 2016, before entering a short-term hiatus. Claymore is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Norihiro Yagi. It debuted in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Shōnen Jump in June 2001, where it continued until the magazine was shut down in June 2007. The series was transferred to the newly launched Jump Square, serialized from November 2007 to October 2014. Its chapters were collected in 27 tankōbon volumes.

<i>Gag Manga Biyori</i> Japanese manga series

Masuda Kōsuke Gekijō: Gag Manga Biyori, or simply known as Gag Manga Biyori, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kosuke Masuda. It started in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Shōnen Jump in the January 2000 issue. The magazine ceased publication in June 2007, and the series was transferred to the then-brand new magazine Jump Square in November of the same year, where it was published until November 2014. Shueisha collected its chapters in fifteen tankōbon volumes. The manga continued in Jump Square, under the title Gag Manga Biyori GB, in December 2014. Gag Manga Biyori features a hyperactive, random, and nonsensical style that revolves around various plots and characters throughout. Its first anime adaptation was a short film animated by Toei as part of Jump Festa in 2002. The first anime series and the sequel were produced by Artland, while the third and fourth sequel were produced by Studio Deen, selecting stories from the manga. Most episodes are five minutes long.

<i>Jump Square</i> Japanese manga magazine

Jump Square, also written as Jump SQ. (ジャンプSQ.), is a Japanese monthly shōnen manga magazine. Published by Shueisha, the magazine premiered on November 2, 2007, as a replacement for Monthly Shōnen Jump, another manga anthology that Shueisha discontinued in June of that year. The magazine is a part of the Jump line of magazines. The manga titles serialized in the magazine are also published in tankōbon volumes under the Jump Comics SQ. imprint. Shueisha reported that readers of Jump Square tend to range from 15 to 34 years of age. The current (2015) editor-in-chief is Kôsuke Yahagi.

<i>Monthly Ikki</i> Japanese manga magazine

Monthly Ikki was a monthly seinen manga magazine published by Shogakukan. It tended to specialize in underground or alternative manga, but it had its share of major hits as well. The magazine started in 2000 as a spin-off to Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits, titled Spirits Zōkan Ikki, published on a bimonthly basis, and became a standalone monthly magazine in 2003. In 2009, Viz Media launched an online English version of Monthly Ikki, named SigIkki, which serialized selected titles from the magazine. Ikki ceased publication after an almost 14-year-run in 2014, and was replaced by Hibana, which ran from 2015 to 2017, before ceasing its publication as well.

Blue Exorcist is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Kazue Kato. The story revolves around Rin Okumura, a teenager who discovers that he and his twin brother Yukio are the sons of Satan, born from a human woman, and he is the inheritor of Satan's powers. When Satan kills their guardian, Rin enrolls at True Cross Academy to become an exorcist under Yukio's tutelage in order to defeat Satan.

<i>Jōō</i> (manga) Japanese manga series

Jōō is a Japanese manga series written by Ryō Kurashina and illustrated by Nao Kurebayashi. It was serialized in Shueisha's seinen manga magazine Business Jump from 2004 to 2008, with its chapters collected in twelve tankōbon volumes. A sequel, Jōō Virgin, was serialized in the same magazine from 2009 to 2010. It tells the story of a young girl's challenge at the "Jōō Grand Prix" contest, in which the best kyabakura hostess is promised to win JP¥100,000,000. Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father! is a Japanese light novel series written by Tomohiro Matsu and illustrated by Yuka Nakajima. It was published by Shueisha's Super Dash Bunko imprint, with 18 volumes released from December 2009 to March 2015. Following Matsu's death in May 2016, a posthumous volume, subtitled After 1, was released in July of that same year.

<i>Deka Wanko</i> Japanese manga series

Deka Wanko (デカワンコ) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kozueko Morimoto. It was serialized in Shueisha's josei manga magazine You from April 2008 to January 2013, with its chapters collected in 12 tankōbon volumes. A 10-episode television drama adaptation was broadcast on Nippon TV from January to March 2011, followed by two specials aired in April of that same year and January 2012.

<i>Seraph of the End</i> Japanese manga series and its franchise

Seraph of the End is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written by Takaya Kagami and illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto, with storyboards by Daisuke Furuya. The series is set in a world that allegedly comes to an end at the hands of a "human-made" virus, ravaging the global populace and leaving only children under the age of thirteen untouched. It is at this time that vampires emerge from the recesses of the earth, likely followed by age-old horrors of the dark thought only to be myth. A young man named Yūichirō Hyakuya joins a vampire extermination unit to avenge the deaths of his orphaned family and reclaim his childhood best friend Mikaela Hyakuya from the vampires.
