The bank is a subsidiary of Absa Group Limited, a financial services conglomerate, based in South Africa, with banking subsidiaries in 12 African countries and representative offices in two other African countries. Absa Bank Group, whose shares trade on the JSE Limited, was reported to have total assets in excess of US$91 billion, as of October 2019.
Uganda Telecommunications Corporation Limited (UTCL), also (UTel), is an information and communication technology network company in Uganda owned by the government of Uganda. UTel acquired the assets and some of the liabilities of the defunct Uganda Telecom Limited (UTL) which was also owned by the Ugandan government. UTL was previously in receivership which it entered after the Libyan company that owned about 69 percent shares abandoned the investment in 2017.
The Entebbe–Kampala Expressway, also known as the "Kampala–Entebbe Expressway" or the "Entebbe–Kampala Highway", is a four-lane toll highway in the Central Region of Uganda. The highway links Entebbe International Airport, the country's largest civilian and military airport, to Kampala, the country's capital and largest metropolitan area. Originally, the highway was planned for commissioning in 2016, but because of the delayed works, commissioning was done on 15 June 2018 by Uganda's sitting president, Yoweri Museveni. Recently, the Uganda Minister for Works and Transport, Gen. Katumba Wamala launched the toll point at Kajjansi along Kampala–Entebbe Road.

Kiruddu General Hospital, also known as Kiruddu General Referral Hospital, is a hospital in Uganda. It is an urban, public, general hospital. It cost an estimated US$10.3 million plus about $350,000 in supervisory fees to build. The hospital was constructed by the government of Uganda, with funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF). The hospital opened to the public on 16 May 2016.

He is the founder, chairman and managing director of Capital Shoppers Supermarkets, a chain of supermarket stores, which he partly owns. The stores in the chain are based in Kampala, Uganda. In 2012, the New Vision newspaper listed him among the wealthiest individuals in Uganda.

Brigadier Rebecca Mpagi, is a Ugandan military officer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, who serves as the Director of Personnel and Administration in the UPDF Air Force. She is credited as the first female in Uganda to qualify as a military aircraft maintenance engineer.
Geoffrey Katsigazi Tumusiime, is a Ugandan military officer and diplomat, who serves as the Deputy Inspector General of Police of Uganda, since January 2022. He is a Major General in the UPDF and immediately prior to his current assignment, he served as the Deputy Commander of the UPDF Air Force. Previously,he served as the Defence Liaison Officer at the headquarters of the East African Community, in Arusha, Tanzania.

She has been at her current job since February 2019 and is based in Kampala, Uganda's capital city. Before that, she served as the Country Manager for Uganda at Google Inc., also based in Kampala.
Veronica Sentongo, is a Ugandan telecommunications and electrical engineer, who works as the Chief Change & Innovation Officer at DFCU Bank, a large commercial bank in Uganda. She began her current assignment in January 2021. Before joining DFCU Bank, she was the Group Head of Digital Innovation at ICEA Lion Insurance Company in Nairobi, Kenya.
