Currently, Chinatown Tower is on-hold at 86 m (282 ft) and 25 floors.

D1 Tower is one of the main residential skyscrapers in Culture Village with a height of 284 metres (932 ft) with 78 floors. The building houses a total of 526 apartment units which include studio apartments, one to six-bedroom standard apartments and penthouses housed on highest floors of the building.
Evolution on Gardiner is a high-rise residential building and the tallest structure in Darwin, Northern Territory. It is located on the eastern part of the Darwin CBD on Knuckey Street. The roof of the tower is 100 metres above ground, reaching Darwin's maximum height limit of 120 meters above sea level. The project was designed by architectural firm Burling Brown Architects and was built by Darwin-based Sunbuild.
The City of Capitals is a mixed-use complex composed of two skyscrapers and an office building located on plot 9 in the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow, Russia with a total area of 288,680 square metres (3,107,300 sq ft). 6 & 8 Parramatta Square is a skyscraper in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia, a centrepiece of the Parramatta Square development. The building consists entirely of commercial office space, making up 120,000 square metres (1,300,000 sq ft) of floorspace, at a height of 225.45 metres (739.7 ft), making it the tallest building in Parramatta and outside the Sydney central business district. It was built in the Parramatta Square Development on plot 8 called PSQ8.
