This list of the tallest buildings in Navi Mumbai ranks high-rise buildings and skyscrapers in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Navi Mumbai is a planned township and a Satellite city of Mumbai on the west coast of the Indian state of Maharashtra. The area was proposed in 1971 as a new urban township of Mumbai by the Government of Maharashtra. A new public sector undertaking, CIDCO, was established for this purpose. Navi Mumbai is situated across two districts, Thane Part and Raigad. The city has been ranked 12th among 73 cities surveyed for cleanliness and hygiene by the Union Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) and Quality Council of India (QCI) as a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Navi Mumbai is the largest planned city of India. Currently there are more than 1,400 completed high-rise buildings in Navi Mumbai [1] and many more high-rise buildings are under construction.

The 42 is a residential skyscraper in Kolkata, in the state of West Bengal, India. It is located on Chowringhee Road, the central business district of the city, between the commercial building of Tata Centre and the residential building of Jeevan Sudha. It was first proposed in 2008 but construction was delayed for nearly two years. The construction was completed in 2019, making it the tallest building in the country at that time.

Sunil Kumar Lahoria was a builder from Mumbra, Thane district, India who was killed in February, 2013 after reporting about illegal buildings and land disputes.This occurred about a year and a half before the collapse of an illegal building in Thane on 4 April 2013, killing 74 people.

Lodha Park is an 18.5-acre (7.5 ha) luxury residential skyscraper project which was developed by the Lodha Group in the upscale Lower Parel neighborhood of Mumbai, Maharastra, India. The land for the project was purchased from DLF Limited in 2012 for approximately 2,800 crore. Lodha Park consists of 5 towers, each standing 268 meters tall and with 76 floors. Lodha The Park Towers were the tallest buildings in India from 2019 to 2020, until surpassed by World One in 2020, which in turn was surpassed by Lokhandwala Minerva in 2023. The towers are currently the 6th tallest buildings in India.

Nathani Heights is a residential skyscraper located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The skyscraper is located near the Mumbai Central railway station, which is one of the busiest in Mumbai. The 262-meter tall skyscraper was first proposed in 2011. Construction started in 2012 and the project was completed in 2020. It is the 13th tallest building in India.
