This list of tallest buildings in Kerala ranks high-rises in Kerala, India according to their height. Kerala is one of the southern states of India. This state is witnessing a huge high-rise boom, especially in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kannur and Palakkad. Several high-rises are located in these cities. As of 2023 Burj AlHind in Calicut is the tallest building in Kerala with 40 floors and 140 meters. [1] Asset Golden Sands in Calicut with 240 meters and 70 floors is the tallest ever upcoming building in Kerala. [2] Galaxy atmosphere building in Calicut with 167 meters (548 feet) and 50 floors is the second tallest upcoming building in Kerala. [3]

Kozhikode, also known in English as Calicut, is a city along the Malabar Coast in the state of Kerala in India. Known as the City of Spices, Kozhikode is listed among the UNESCO's Cities of Literature.
Dubai Marina, aka Marsa Dubai, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of the Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Palakkad, also known as Palghat, historically known as Palakkattussery, is a city and municipality in the Indian state of Kerala. It is the administrative headquarters of Palakkad District. Palakkad is the most densely populated municipality and the fourth-most densely populated city in the state. It was established before Indian independence under British rule and known by the name Palghat. Palakkad is famous for the ancient Palakkad Fort, which is in the heart of the city and was captured and rebuilt by Hyder Ali in 1766 which later fell into the hands of Zamorin in 1784. The city is about 347 kilometres (216 mi) northeast of the state capital, Thiruvananthapuram.
Kadavanthra is a ward in downtown Kochi, Kerala. It is bounded by the S.A Road to the east and the Giri Nagar canal in the west. Kadavanthra is a major commercial centre of Kochi, and a prime residential area. In recent years, the ward has undergone rapid development to become one of Kochi's highest-valued regions.

The Samoothiri was the title of the erstwhile ruler and monarch of the Kingdom of Kozhikode (Calicut) in the South Malabar region of India. Originating from the former feudal kingdom of Nediyiruppu Swaroopam, the Samoothiris and their vassal kings from Nilambur Kovilakam established Calicut as one of the most important trading ports on the southwest coast of India. At the peak of their reign, they ruled over a region extending from Kozhikode Kollam to the forested borders of Panthalayini Kollam (Koyilandy). The Samoothiris belonged to the Eradi subcaste of the Samantan community of colonial Kerala, and were originally the ruling chiefs of Eranad. The final Zamorin of Calicut committed suicide by setting fire to his palace and burning himself alive inside it, upon learning that Hyder Ali had captured the neighboring country of Chirackal in Kannur.
Sobha Topaz is a super luxury residential skyscraper situated in Sobha City in Thrissur city of Kerala State. It is the tallest residential skyscraper in Thrissur city. The building consists of 216 luxury apartments in 27 stories. The project was developed by Sobha Developers Ltd.
Lodha Park is an 18.5-acre (7.5 ha) luxury residential skyscraper project which was developed by the Lodha Group in the upscale Lower Parel neighborhood of Mumbai, Maharastra, India. The land for the project was purchased from DLF Limited in 2012 for approximately ₹2,800 crore. Lodha Park consists of 5 towers, each standing 268 meters tall and with 76 floors. Lodha The Park Towers were the tallest buildings in India from 2019 to 2020, until surpassed by World One in 2020, which in turn was surpassed by Lokhandwala Minerva in 2023. The towers are currently the 6th tallest buildings in India.
