Living Chaos is the sixth studio album by American deathcore band Oceano. The album was released on August 30, 2024, through Sumerian Records. [5] It is the band's first album in seven years since Revelation , [6] and is the band's only studio album to feature drummer Matt Kohanowski, who parted ways with the band in 2022.
After the band released Revelation in 2017, they recruited Matt Kohanowski (formerly of Shadow of Intent) as their new drummer to replace Andrew Holzbar (who is currently part of MyChildren MyBride and Impending Doom). The band would go on hiatus before releasing a brand new single titled "Mass Produced" on August 16, 2022. [7] which was received very positively by the fans. [8] Drummer Matt Kohanowski left Oceano in 2022.
In early 2024, the band hired Alex Nourse as a touring drummer [9] and announced a tour for the 15th anniversary of their debut album Depths with guests I Declare War, Within the Ruins, By The Thousands, The Last Ten Seconds of Life and A Wake in Providence. [10] On June 6, 2024, the band released another new single titled "Wounds Never Heal" (Touring drummer Alex Nourse would appear in the music video) along with the announcement of the album Living Chaos which was released on August 30, 2024, through Sumerian records. [11] It is the band's first studio album in seven years since 2017's Revelation. The band would also announce the Living Chaos Tour that took place from September to October 2024 with guests To the Grave, VCTMS and Half Me. [12] The band also released another single off the album titled "The Price of Pain" on July 11, 2024. Vocalist Adam Warren explained that "'The Price of Pain' unravels a story of inner turmoil, suffering, and sacrifice." [13]

The band was signed to Nuclear Blast and have released four full-length albums through the label. Their final album, This Is Where It Ends, was released on July 26, 2011.
Job for a Cowboy is an American death metal band from Glendale, Arizona. Formed in 2003, the band's debut album Genesis was released in 2007, peaking at No. 54 on the US Billboard 200 and selling 13,000 copies in its first week of release. Whitechapel is an American deathcore band from Knoxville, Tennessee. The band is named after the Whitechapel district in East London, England, where Jack the Ripper committed a series of murders. The group comprises vocalist Phil Bozeman, guitarists Ben Savage, Alex Wade, and Zach Householder, bassist Gabe Crisp and drummer Brandon Zackey. Their core lineup, with the exception of the drummer, has remained consistent since Householder replaced original guitarist Brandon Cagle in 2007. Founded in 2006 by Bozeman and Savage, the band has released eight studio albums and fourteen music videos, and it's currently signed to Metal Blade Records. Whitechapel's 2010 album A New Era of Corruption, sold around 10,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release and debuted at position No. 43 on the Billboard 200 chart. The band's self-titled fourth album was released in 2012 and debuted at No. 47 on the Billboard 200, selling roughly 9,200 copies in its first week. Carnifex is an American deathcore band from San Diego County, California. Formed in 2005, they are currently signed to Nuclear Blast after having been signed to Victory Records. They have released nine studio albums and three EPs. Music videos were made for the songs "District of Misery" and "A Mandatory Sacrifice". The song "District of Misery" is featured as downloadable content in Rock Band 2 via the Rock Band Network. This album is also the band's only album to feature guitarists Jeremy Carroll and Andrew Mikhail.

After the Burial is an American progressive metal band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They are currently signed to Sumerian Records and have released five of their six full-length albums through the label. Since their inception in 2004, the band has gone through two vocalist changes, two drummer changes, the departure and death of founding rhythm guitarist Justin Lowe, and the departure of bassist Lerichard Foral. Lorna Shore is an American deathcore band formed in New Jersey in 2009. The group currently consists of lead guitarist Adam De Micco, drummer Austin Archey, rhythm guitarist Andrew O'Connor, vocalist Will Ramos, and bassist Michael Yager. The band is most known for their 2021 single "To the Hellfire". They have released four studio albums Psalms (2015), Flesh Coffin (2017), Immortal (2020), and Pain Remains (2022). The band has also released four EPs. Since 2011, no original members remain in the band.

Slaughter to Prevail is a Russian deathcore band based in Orlando, Florida. The group debuted with an EP entitled Chapters of Misery in 2015, followed by a full-length album, Misery Sermon, in 2017. Shadow of Intent is an American deathcore band from Connecticut. They formed in 2013 as a Halo-themed studio project by Ben Duerr and Chris Wiseman. The band's name is a reference to a Covenant ship in the Halo series. They are not signed to a label and have released all their albums independently. They have released four studio albums to date, along with two instrumental versions of previous releases, and a deluxe album. Their fourth studio album, Elegy, was released independently on January 14, 2022.
Reclaimer is the second album by deathcore band Shadow of Intent. The album was released on April 28, 2017. It is their first album without programmed drum tracks and the first album to feature a unique player on each instrument, with a one-off lineup that includes Matt Kohanowski on drums, Federico Zuccarelli on guitar and Keith Kohlhepp on bass. It reached #4 on the iTunes metal chart at debut. It was described by MetalSucks as "nothing short of a triumph of symphonic deathcore".

Lorna Shore vocalist Will Ramos formerly sang in this band from 2016 to 2018.
Elegy is the fourth album by deathcore band Shadow of Intent. The album was released on January 14, 2022. It is their first album with drummer Bryce Butler of Contrarian. The album was ultimately met with great critical acclaim. A deluxe edition of the album was released digitally on September 9, 2022. An orchestral version of the album titled Elegy: The Soundtrack was released on March 8, 2024.
