Lochsley Thomson (born 20 August 1973) is a retired Australian high jumper.
He finished fifth at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. [1] He also competed at the 1992 Olympic Games without reaching the final.
His personal best jump is 2.31 metres (7.6 ft), achieved in March 1992 in Adelaide. [2]

The men's high jump was an event at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There were 38 competitors from 28 nations, with one non-starter. The maximum number of athletes per nation had been set at 3 since the 1930 Olympic Congress. The event was won by Charles Austin of the United States, the nation's first victory in the men's high jump since 1968 and 13th overall. Artur Partyka of Poland became the seventh man to win two medals in the event, following his 1992 bronze with silver in these Games. Steve Smith's bronze was Great Britain's first medal in the men's high jump since 1908.

She represented Great Britain at the Olympic Games in Barcelona 1992 and Atlanta 1996, finishing ninth in the 1992 final. She set her outdoor personal best of 1.94 metres, on 9 June 1996 at a meet in Tallinn. On 23 February 1997 in Birmingham, she cleared 1.95 metres to set a British indoor record, which stood for 17 years (1997–2014). She also won bronze medals at the 1983 European Junior Championships and the 1994 Commonwealth Games.

Kerr is the co-holder of the Oceanian record holder and sole holder of the Oceanian indoor record.
