Loosegalu is a 2013 Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy film directed by Arun and starring Sriimurali, Shreeki, Akul Balaji, Aishwarya Nag, Shravya Rao, and Rekha Vedavyas. [1] The film began production as Nande and was delayed for two-and-a-half years before the title was changed. [2]

The film was initially scheduled to release on 19 July before the date was pushed to 26 July. [7] [8]
A critic from Sify opined that "The director has made an honest attempt to showcase youths and their troubles, but the movie falls short of expectations and in the process fails to impress the audience". [9] A. Sharadhaa of The New Indian Express stated that "A moral lesson of sorts, Loosegalu tries to tell us about what happens when we try to take shortcuts to success but it loses track on the way". [10] A critic from The Times of India wrote that "The movie has a good theme to deal with, but the narration is too slow and many times lengthy keeping you guessing what the director wants to say". Paramesha Panwala is a 2008 Kannada-language film directed by Mahesh Babu, and produced by Aditya Babu, whilst the music was composed by V. Harikrishna. The film stars Shiva Rajkumar and Surveen Chawla. It was released nationwide on 5 December 2008.
V. Harikrishna is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer, playback singer and film producer. He has mainly scored music for Kannada films. After his stint as a programmer and assistant musician, Harikrishna made his debut as an independent composer in actor Darshan's first production venture Jothe Jotheyali in 2006. Since then, he has been scoring for majority of Darshan's films besides working for many other leading production houses. He owns an audio company called "D-Beats" established in 2013 and produces music under his own company starting from the film Bulbul (2013). He has turned into a director with the 2019 Kannada film 'Yajamana'.

Huchcha is a 2001 Indian Kannada-language romantic action film directed by Om Prakash Rao, starring Sudeep and Rekha Vedavyas in the lead roles. The film, the Kannada remake of the 1999 Tamil film Sethu directed by Bala and starring Vikram, released to positive reviews and brought lot of fame to Sudeep. Earlier the script was rejected by Upendra and Shivarajkumar. The film Huchcha 2 is not a continuation of this film but has a similar theme.
Paramathma is a 2011 Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy film written, directed and co-produced by Yogaraj Bhat. It stars Puneeth Rajkumar and Deepa Sannidhi in the lead roles and was released on 6 October 2011, on the eve of Vijayadashami. Halfway through its production, the film's TV rights was procured for a record ₹3.5 crore. Even before the release, the film grossed a record amount of over ₹25 Cr included broadcasting and distribution rights. Since release, the movie has garnered a cult status for its metaphorical narration and out-of-the box storytelling.
