Lorenzo Zurzolo (born 21 March 2000 [1] ) is an Italian actor. He is best known for his roles in the Netflix teen drama television series Baby , the Netflix comedy drama film Under the Riccione Sun , and the Oscar-nominated drama film EO .

Biography

Lorenzo Zurzolo was born in Rome [2] to Federico Zurzolo, a journalist, and Gabria Cipullo, a film producer and casting director. [3] [4] He has one older sister, Ludovica. [2] [5]

At the age of seven, Zurzolo appeared in a commercial with footballer Francesco Totti, marking his entry into the acting world. [6] [7] He attended the Scuola di Recitazione Omnes Artes, founded by Veruska Rossi and Guido Governale. [4] He cites Elio Germano, Valerio Mastandrea, Paolo Sorrentino, and the D'Innocenzo brothers as his biggest role models in cinema. [6]
