Finne is a municipality in the Burgenlandkreis district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It was formed by the merger of the previously independent municipalities Billroda and Lossa, on 1 July 2009. It was named after the Finne, a range of low hills situated between Heldrungen and Bad Sulza.

The Finne is a ridge of hills in the German states of Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia up to 370.1 m above sea level (NHN) and 23 km long.

It is based on the 2008 novel Fog in August by Robert Domes, and is inspired by the documented true story of the 14 year old Yenish boy Ernst Lossa (1929–1944). It was listed as one of eight films that could be the German submission for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards, but it was not selected.
