Gunhild Bricken Kristina Lugn was a Swedish poet and dramatist and member of the Swedish Academy.
Hans Folke "Hasse" Alfredson was a Swedish actor, film director, writer, and comedian. He was born in Malmö, Sweden. He is known for his collaboration with Tage Danielsson as the duo Hasse & Tage and their production company AB Svenska Ord. His most celebrated contribution to their brand of humorist humanism was his ability to extemporize wildly absurd comic situations, for example in the Lindeman dialogues.
Ted Arnbjörn Gärdestad was a Swedish singer, songwriter, musician and actor known internationally as Ted. Gärdestad began his acting career in 1966 and began playing music in 1971, signing with Polar Music. Assigned with in-house producers Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, Gärdestad released his first single, "Hela världen runt," in late 1971 and worked closely with the four members of ABBA to create his debut album Undringar (1972). As Polar Music's best-selling solo artist, he continued to work with the group members throughout the 1970s, releasing three more albums Ted (1973), Upptåg (1974) and Franska Kort (1976), which were moderately successful. In 1978, Gärdestad released his first English-language album, Blue Virgin Isles, which did not have success internationally, as his predecessor albums had in his home country.
Baron Povel Karl Henric Ramel was a Swedish entertainer. Ramel was a singer, pianist, vaudeville artist, author and a novelty song composer. His style was characterized by imaginative wit, both verbal and musical. He took inspiration from US and UK 'crazy' style humor and created his own personal Swedish version, unusual combinations of lyrics and music, word play, pastiche and general unexpectedness. He wrote approximately 1700 songs, skits and monologues, and he is regarded as a legend and an institution in Swedish entertainment.
Edvard Johannes Brost Forssell was a Swedish actor. He became recognized for his roles in the television programs Stjärnhuset and Rederiet; in Rederiet he appeared in 318 episodes. In 2013, he won a Guldbagge award for his role in the film Avalon. He also had several roles in theater.
Ted is the second studio album from Swedish singer/songwriter Ted Gärdestad, released in 1973 through Polar Music. It contains the hits "Jag Ska Fånga En Ängel", "Sol, Vind Och Vatten", "Come Give Me Love" as well as his 1973 Melodifestivalen entry "Oh Vilken Härlig Da'". The album was produced by Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus and Ted, engineered by Michael B. Tretow and features backing vocals by Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. The CD version of the album was released in 1991.

In 2015, the duo presented Tusen år till julafton a Christmas calendar which was broadcast on SVT. The same production team is also behind Bye bye Sverige about the Swedish-American emigration 1850–1910 which premiered on Swedish Television on 7 December 2017. In 2020, Lotta and Erik Haag participated in Filip and Fredrik's Alla mot alla, where they won the final against Gry Forssell and Mikael Tornving. The team also won the season the following year by Alla mot alla.

He became known in the late 1980s for introducing hip hop music in Sweden to a wider audience through his rap group Just D. He was a member of the group between 1989 and 1995. He has released several solo albums, and in 1997 he was awarded the Karamelodiktstipendiet. Just D was awarded the music award Rockbjörnen in 1995. He has twice participated in Melodifestivalen both as a performer and songwriter.
Ted: För kärlekens skull, also known as Ted: Show Me Love, is a 2018 Swedish film directed and written by Hannes Holm and produced by Lena Rehnberg. Starring Adam Pålsson and Peter Viitanen as Ted and Kenneth Gärdestad, respectively, the film is loosely based on the life of Ted Gärdestad, who was one of Sweden's best-known pop artists in the 1970s, and that of his brother Kenneth, who wrote the lyrics for Ted's songs but did not share his fame.
John Charles Kenneth Gärdestad was a Swedish songwriter, best known for writing lyrics for the songs of his brother, Ted Gärdestad. He participated at Melodifestivalen 1979 as a songwriter for the winning song "Satellit" performed by his brother. The song went on to Eurovision the same year, where it placed 17th. Gärdestad was also an architect, affiliated to the private Kunskapsskolan, where he designed the interior of several of its high schools. Gärdestad published the biography Jag vill ha en egen måne in 2005. In later years he became a mental health activist, and created the "Ted Gärdestad Stipend", a prize awarded to amateur singers and songwriter.
