Mott the Hoople are an English rock band formed in Herefordshire, England. Originally known as the Doc Thomas Group, the group changed their name after signing with Island Records in 1969. The band released albums throughout the early 1970s but failed to find commercial success. On the verge of breaking up, the band were encouraged by David Bowie to stay together. Bowie wrote the glam rock song "All the Young Dudes" for them, which became a huge commercial success in 1972. Bowie subsequently produced an album of the same name for them, which continued their success.

Produced by Steve Levine, the album is the band's first after the drowning of founding member Dennis Wilson. "Star Star" is a song recorded by the English rock band the Rolling Stones. It was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. The lyrics are about a rock star having sexual relations with a groupie. The song was released as a single for the band's album Goats Head Soup (1973), with "Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker)" as its B-side. The song's title was changed to "Star Star" from "Starfucker" after Ahmet Ertegün of Atlantic Records insisted on the change.

Ooh Yeah! is the thirteenth studio album by American pop music duo Daryl Hall & John Oates, released on April 28, 1988. It was their first studio release in four years and their first with Arista Records. Though the album went platinum in the United States and produced a No. 3 hit with the single "Everything Your Heart Desires", plus the singles "Missed Opportunity" and "Downtown Life" reaching Nos. 29 and 31 respectively, it charted lower, and sold fewer copies than the band's previous albums. Ooh Yeah! is the last Hall & Oates album with Janna Allen contributing to the writing team. She died in 1993 of leukemia.

The Pagans were an American punk rock band from Cleveland, Ohio, United States, that was originally active from 1977 to 1979. They reformed several times, from 1982-1983, from 1986-1989 and again in 2014-2017. Along with fellow Cleveland band The Dead Boys, the Pagans were part of the first wave of American punk music, and were also part of the second wave of Cleveland proto-punk and post-punk bands such as Pere Ubu.
Revolution is the third studio album from Christian rock band All Star United. It was released in 2002 after the band signed up with Furious Records. The album features an almost entirely new band, with Ian Eskelin still heading them. The number 27018036090 is featured on the cover and throughout the album's packaging. No explanation is given for the reason for this number. One possibility is that it is geographic coordinates. The coordinates 27.0180 36.090 maps to a spot along Highway 5 in Saudi Arabia east of the Red Sea and 100 miles south east of the Sinai Peninsula but the significance of this location as it relates to the band or the album is unknown.
Remedy Drive is an American alternative rock band founded in 1998 in Lincoln, Nebraska. They are now based on Nashville, Tennessee. The band is currently of lead vocalist and guitarist David Zach, bassist Corey Horn, and drummer Timmy Jones. They have recorded ten studio albums, one independent live album, and two EPs. The band was founded as a quartet consisting of the four Zach brothers. Three of the four brothers left the band in late 2010.
Daylight Is Coming is the first non-independent album from Christian rock band Remedy Drive. The album was released on August 26, 2008, on Word Records. It peaked at No. 119 on the Billboard 200, and No. 5 on the Hot Christian Albums. On March 30, 2010, an "Extended Edition" of the album was released, with new artwork and three new tracks. The three new tracks were also organized into part of a Digital Download-only "The Daylight EP," with two additional, non-album tracks.

Ian's songs have been licensed for use on major networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, ESPN and feature films.
